The in-game trait checks didn't seem very useful, so I searched online for reliable ways to distinguish real people from fake ones. Since the information available was incomplete, I supplemented it with my own observations during gameplay, specifically for identifying fake people. The following characters may be either real humans or impostors at the start of each new game. The traits below can help distinguish them:
  • Wheelchair Guy

    Real Person:
    --Teeth are crooked and yellowish
    --Missing one finger (the rest are normal)

    Fake Person:

    Real Person:

I got two false positive results: Scavenger had fungus under the arms and the Fortune Teller had redness and rapid eye movement. Both ended up being human, just as an FYI.

I think it is the weak part of the game that you need to check very specific parts of the body to know if the strange is visitor or not, many signs are not reliable. I think it should be easier considering we get very few action points to check them.
