AGOT Family Traditions Patch

A quick patch for the House Traditions mod, HT edits the same marriage scripted modifiers file as AGOT which causes it to override AGOTs own marriage modifiers. Most notably it allows for cross-wall marriage shenanigans!

Placing this patch after AGOT and House Traditions will reinstate the limitations on cross-wall marriages while also keeping the House Traditions compatibility modifiers functional, and will conflict with any mod that alters 00_marriage_scripted_modifiers.txt

I originally made it for myself but was asked about uploading it, let me know if you find any issues that I haven't come across!
