Introduction
I am expecting that if your attempting to get this achievement, you've done most,if not all achievements other than these two.

Now, most people I've seen play Chrono Gear has finished the game with 11,000-13,000 points, If you are behind this threshold, I recommend you get used to the controls a bit more prior to aiming for the speedrun achievements.

"How does Score Work?"
Score is divided on three categories: Song Power, Damage and Time.

Song Power is how many notes you've gotten through the level, and start by giving 1 score per note up to a threshold (usually 100) by which it becomes slightly less powerful.

Damage is... obviously how much damage you've taken through the level. HOWEVER, getting hit while on Stasis won't count. Abuse that one time shield to go faster.

Time, while self explanatory, is where I see most people do the mistake. Most players think the key to high score is to speed through the levels, ignoring all the damage.
Priority for High Score
The order goes: Song Power, Damage, Time. Just like how the game orders them!

Song Power will be your best friend in non boss stages, giving you insane amounts of score.

Taking no damage grants 150 Score, making it self explanatory on why it's important. Now, it's less important than idol notes because I consider no hits on a good chunk of the levels to require you to play way slower, leading to less score.

Time is usually the deal breaker. Assuming you've gotten a no hit and gotten a lot of Idol Notes, it all comes down to how fast you've done that route to them.
An extra trick, as well as a TL;DR.
If you are aiming for Show Off, start with the bosses (one less thing to worry about as you get a flat +100 score for beating the boss), then go for the levels that are short and simple to route.

Remember Suspend Game allows you to recollect collectables for more Song Power
(Although this may be patched. This is posted as of v1.0.9)

If you are aiming for The Clock Goes Fast, Haste through everything, and SPECIALLY use the trick I just mentioned on The Final Ascent, it cuts a criminally high amount of time if done right.

THERE IS another thing called Alter Timeline Skip, but that is getting patched and I'm not sure on how to perform it, so we won't gloss over it.

Yes,you can make your current save file better for them!

So, small question, but can you still unlock them if you've already finished the game? Like can I redo the levels and improve my time and score in my current finished file or do I need to create a new file for it to count?

I somehow got it on my first clear; after only replaying a couple stages for a missed collectible before going for the last stage; just 40ish points over the required lol

time is definitely the least concerned for the score; my total time was 4 hours 40ish minutes and still got the 14k so def focus on the first two cavetories

I think if you're getting well over 300 points per stage you're gonna have an easy time with it

PS. This is mostly common sense, but judging by the 0.9% rate for TCRF as of making this, I thought people would need a little bit more guidance on it! :mikuDIVA:
