- find the right place near river/lake with close forest, clay and near cliffs (for ores)
- set fire pit, bedroll, 3 stick crates very close to each other and cover all of it with basic shelter (yes, you can squeeze it)
- craft 4 rabbit traps for food/hides/fat and place them in forest around camp (make some distance)
- craft one fish trap for backup food
- collect wild garlic (for cloves) and dandelions (for salt)
- build mud brick kiln for small clay items/bricks
- build small charcoal pile and crucible furnace
- craft soft clay bowl, 2 clay nails mold, clay saw blade mold and clay crucible
- collect copper and tin ores/pieces to craft bronze handsaw along with nails
- build soaking basin and 2 tanning frames (around the fire pit) to dry piecies of rabbit hide
- craft wooden shovel for ground leveling
- craft big backpack and waterskin
- build clay brick kiln to craft 2 clay jars: 1 for preserving food with 800g of salt, 2 to craft vinegar from berries (needed to decontaminating food with disinfectant later and sanitaze wounds)
- craft small leather bag and leather gloves to collect slime from swamps
- craft clay candle mold and 3 additional clay nails molds
- build workbench and hearth furnance
- smelt copper only, let i cool and reheat in hearth furnance
- craft candle and copper alembic using treestump

After that, you are golden: you may proceed with the "mysterious letter" quest or start making foundations for future house. May also consider crafting steel tools like pickaxe.
