HL2-style Crowbar Tweaks

Beskrivning
Small tweaks to the crowbar, to make it feel a little closer to the one in Half-Life 2.

-Lowered the position of the crowbar on-screen
-Changed the swing speed of the crowbar to match Half-Life 2
