Guide on how play The Crew once more (offline).

I am not the creator of the enulator, just a guy sharing the good news and a small guide on how to use it so you can be playing the game again.

Also, it works on the Steam Deck and doesn't require Ubisoft Connect.

Firstly, you'll need to either own The Crew on Steam or get the game online, it must be updated to latest version as far as i know, for now, it's playable offline only but they want to bring multiplayer servers later.

You can find the Crew Unlimited (the emulator) online, they have their own website and also their own Discord, Steam won't let me upload the link here.

Extract the files into a new folder, it probably can be anywhere but personally i placed it into a new folder called TCU which i've put inside the game's folder.

Launch TCULauncher.exe and select the game's exe (TheCrew.exe) and then patch the exe using the TCULauncher.

Now, you can either play right away or rename the player's name by clicking on "Manage", either modify the name or create a new player.

"Play on Steam" (if you've got the game on Steam otherwise it will probably just say "Play").

I didn't do anything but the guide itself, if you want to encourage the people who made it possible, you can do so on the same website where you can download the emulator.

Not sure why it won't start the game through the TCU launcher as well but at least You can still launch the game outside of it and whatever changes you made through said launcher (Offline cheats) will still apply.

My old 360 Limited Edition controller is working just fine by default.
You could try changing the controller settings through the Steam settings of the game.

Good guide. But i cant play controller id play otherwise
