First, I'm writing this guide after finishing the game and all achievements, so it's a bit low effort compared to my normal standards. Apologies for that. Any questions, please post in the comments.

These achievements can all earned during the 1st section of the game, Childhood

High Note - Possess a musical note - When playing the xylophone, notes will appear above Henry. Quickly swap to one of these notes before it floats away. Can also be done with pots that make music in many locations. Does not work with actual instruments

Delicious Treat - Break the cookie jar as a baby - Early in the chapter, a tall bookshelf will spawn. At the top of this bookshelf is a cookie jar. Become the cookie jar and then walk off the shelf

5 Seconds Rule- Eat something off the floor - This can be done with the cake for your birthday, and also at many other locations throughout the game

Puzzle Beginner - Complete your first puzzle - There are 6 puzzle pieces throughout the Childhood chapter. They are slightly hidden, but just look on shelves and in cabinets and you'll find them pretty easily. Put them together correctly to form a picture

Come prepared - Bring your pen to school - At the end of the childhood chapter, you'll pack your bag for school before going to bed. Place a pencil inside your bag. Then, during the school chapter your backpack will spawn in and you can open it and take your pencil out

Frequent Flyer Club - Fly very high as a paper plane - When you fold your assignment into a paper plane, instead of knocking over the basket, just keep going up. After a short period, the achievement will trigger

Beans for Breakfast - Prank your teacher with the fart cushion - You'll find a whoopie cushion in the basket that you knock over with the paper airplane. Possess the cushion and place it on your teacher's chair. Near the end of the chapter, she'll sit on it. Hilarious

Taste the Rainbow - Taste the different paints in school - There are 7 paints to eat; 4 in gallon jugs (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow) and 3 more in small tubes that you have to possess and then use X (on controller) to expel some paint... then eat them (White, Black, Purple)

Puzzle Amateur - Complete the puzzle in school - There are 6 pieces for this puzzle throughout the school chapter

Employee of the Year - Sort 100 parcels - Near the end of the chapter, when the break room spawns and the parcel holes are far away... possess the long conveyor belt and move it towards the chute hole. A new conveyor belt will spawn, allowing you to chain them together towards the pile of parcels. You can also use the ladder to possess the parcel chute, and move it over the conveyor belt. Lastly, possess the parcel box/button to spawn a lot of parcels, have them fall onto the conveyor belts, and go into the holes until you get the achievement

Sodaplosion - Fly 20 meters as a soda can - In the break room, you can possess a can of soda. Then roll on the ground and jump a bunch, causing the soda can to explode and you'll fly around. The 20 meters is distance, not height (as far as I could tell)

Back on Schedule - Remove the cancellation sign at the bus stop - At the very end of this section, the bus will be cancelled. Possess this red sign and pull it off the board

Plant Whisperer - Grow 5 plants in the garden - This might be unmissable, I'm not sure. But there are 3 spots in the ground plus many pots that you can grow plants in, plus a ton of different seeds scattered throughout the level. Use the watering can to water them and then wait a few minutes

Maximum Meal - Make a spaghetti dish with many ingredients - If you eat certain ingredients, you can lock yourself out of this and require restarting the area!! You'll want to make pasta on the stove and toss in a bunch of other items, then turn on the heat. Include: tomato, apple, egg, eggplant, mushroom. You can also include sausage and watermelon, but I don't think those are needed. Make sure to use the knife to chop up all of these ingredients first and then you only need to place 1 slice of each into the pot. After it's formed into a large ball, you have to eat the pasta ball and then the achievement triggers

Soapy Flight - Possess a soap bubble - If you drop soap in water, bubbles will start coming up out of the water, and you can possess them

Swimming Buddy - Find the ducky int he bathroom - After possessing a soap bubble from the bathtub, fly over towards the top of the toilet, where the water cistern is. Inside this cistern, in the water, is the rubber ducky

Deep Fried - Electrocute yourself! - Plug in the toaster, then possess the toaster and drop it in the bathtub. Fill the tub with water if it is not filled already. Then, while not possessed, jump in the tub

Puzzle Champion - Complete the big puzzle - There are 8 pieces for this puzzle, spread throughout the level

Toigliatelle - Cook spaghetti in the toilet - This is annoying... place pasta in the toilet, then (while plugged in) get the toaster into the toilet upside down. You may also have to press X (on controller) to activate the toaster once upside down, not sure. It's very tricky to get the toaster upside down... I placed a chair next to the toilet and tried to let the possessed toaster fall off the top and rotate while falling into the toilet bowl. It took me a few minutes of attempts to get it correct

Through the Ceiling - Build a high tower - This is also very annoying. You need to build 300 units tall for this to trigger. Here is how I did it... and this took a while to do. Item physics is very janky. Stacked from bottom up: bed, table, microwave, small stepstool, and sunflower in vase. I used other stools and chairs to help get up onto the table and then mashed jump + prayed to get the stool and plant on top of the microwave without flying off or destroying the tower

Puzzle Master - Complete the last puzzle - There are only 4 pieces for this; quite easy

Fashionista - Wear 10 different hats - You'll find hats throughout the game. Wear 10 of them using the Y key (on controller). This awarded for me in one of the Adult sections

Book Worm - Read 20 books - You'll find books throughout the game. Possess a book and press X (on controller) to open the book and the narrator will read a bit

Most Valuable Halfhead - Unlock all achievements - Will award very shortly after earning your last other achievement
