What's new with this version:

-Added a Blu Team variant for Sinister Energy.

-Removed rope lines based on community feedback, and because they were causing visual issues with the previous version in some circumstances.

-Fixed several issues with the way the effect operated, and optimized the effect for better performance.

-Slightly tweaked the way the effect operates as a whole, but did my best to maintain the vision of the original version of this effect.
