"A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fan art I was inspired to paint. I love TMNT. A friend found out and was playing a Turtle in DnD 5e, called Donatello Peppercorn who was dressed in a top hat. He based it off funny comments and the good times we were joking off of and it motivated me to paint it :D I was unhappy with the completed picture, there is also one that has part of the lair as background. It was intended to just be a DnD avatar picture. If I remember he told me to make a background too. All with round and square brushes, I don't remember the completion time."
