Allows you to give the incapable trait to prisoners

Why would you do this?

You can encounter certain scenarios where you basically can't do anything to prisoner except release them after years of causing you issues. You can't take their stolen money; you can't banish them as they aren't your direct vassal. You granted them pardons before, but they just won't learn. They have made themselves so untouchable that killing them basically hurts your opinion modifiers. The game basically wants you to execute them and take the hit, but you know somehow down the line the game is going to punish you in a hidden event. This now basically puts them out of the way so to speak. They aren't dead, but they aren't around causing event spam to you. Don't want to get into TLDR territory but vets know the scenarios I am talking about. I know maim, blind, castrate and torture are options of course but this is the middle ground for certain playstyles.

Future updates
Probably opinion modifiers depending on existing negative character traits, but for now cut and dry. This was just a mod I made for myself that I decided to share with others.
