Vanilla UI for WH:Geheimnisnacht

Description
UI patch to the WH mod bringing back the vanilla-esque look and feel including province view, character view etc. Work is not final, it's WIP.

What has been changed so far:
1. Province View UI
2. Character View UI
3. Siege View UI

What's left:
2. rest (if there is any)


This patch does not affect the checksum of the original mod.
Checksum: ETSX


NOTES
- I playtested this patch with the Hextenstag sister mod to Geheimnisnacht, and it appears to work. Leave comments if you find anything wrong.

Issue spotted and fixed with the province and character modifiers being botched - sliced in half etc. Didn't updated the nr of frames based on the new icon additions from the mod.
