Staff members are broken down by type (Expert, Assistant, Janitor, Security Guard) and sorted in alphabetical order by hire date. (i.e. Amy Adams would be the first Expert you hire to train for expeditions, long before Jean Jones.)

The goal here is to hire as few expedition-specific staff members as possible so that the rest of your staff can focus on in-museum tasks. Not that they won’t also do stuff around the Pebberley Heights museum, but you’re training them to be your away team. We want to counter all of the negative events we can and enable all the positive events, as well. We especially need to avoid any MIA events that result in the permanent loss of a staff member.

If a staff member appears in bold text, that staff member is toggling an event on or off and should be considered required. If they do not appear in bold, they’re just coming along for the ride and can be replaced with a different staff member if you wish, like someone trained in Pilot Wings to make the expedition go faster. If something is listed in italics, it’s a conditional or optional “requirement.”
