Yeah, the same here. I think the intended way is to get it from previous puzzle Above.

I couldn't solve it using the laser inside the puzzle. Either bring the blue laser from the previous puzzle or bring the red laser from the puzzle below the cliff. Both are possible.

Yeah, it's another place but more tricky than the one I told you about and also the star goating route starts from there.
