The location would be in the grand archives. This location would be accessible after gaining the grand archive key by defeating 3 Lords of Cinder, and the bonfire lit near the location where you have slayed the dragon slayer boss. Once you enter the double doors, you will face the crystal sage. Once killed, he will never spawn back, allowing you to explore the library without any issue.






On the first floor, there will be two Thralls near the lift; once killed, they drop 900 souls each. These enemies can be tricky to kill most of the time because of their fast movement and melee attack damage, so watch out for them.

There are two types of scholars, one with the candle lit and one without. Scholars with their candle unlit mainly use melee attacks with their candlelstick. They are easiest to kill since they don't do much damage, and their HP is low. The ones with the candle lit on their heads are stronger and form 3 types of attacks.
