Plot twist, the achievement isn't linked to progress in the game at all!

To obtain this achievement, simply head to the app on your tablet where you purchase furniture and decorations, scroll until you see a slender porcelain cat figure, and place it into your shop! This is one of the items that needs to be sitting on a counter or display, so keep that in mind.

When the game updates, and if additional achievements are introduced, I will update to help locate any additions. I personally love to obtain achievements, I am quite literally addicted to that steam notification sound, so if this helped anyone I am a happy camper.
