Omschrijving
CW: Descriptions of violence and gore

In-between the mighty Chrome City of Ibul and the jungles of Qud, lie the Lowlands. There, the Writhing Spires of Heime struggle against an infinite horde from the earthen bowels. Devolved into mansludge, the Nobility of the City-States relies on endless clonebrood sorted into castes

This mod adds:
  • 4 new castes hailing from the City-States. All but one are bound to a mask that denotes their caste. (alt sprites are available but you need to swap them manually)
  • 2 small weapon lines and an alternative low level rifle
  • A new-ish cybernetic
  • A rare encounter in the salt dunes
  • Wandering exiles
  • 2 hats
  • A lorebook

For the Mercenary caste you probably want to take the new cybernetic since without it you cant use your big sword.

Big special thanks to:

librarianmage and qud modding channel for their willingness to sit through it with me <3

I would setup a github, but i first need to figure out how, and so far I am mentally exhausted. Please report any issues you face.

Ah, the cybernetic is appearing for me now, and the backup one-handed blade.

no it being gigantic is part of the trade off. you get a cheaper giant hands with a debuff attached as an arcology cybernetic to start with and mercenary has a regular sword to use if you cant use the greatsword

Perhaps instead of the Gigantic mod, the Heiman Zweihander could instead be "huge". Say, double or triple weight the of a normal two-handed blade, with damage increased by +1 or +2. No need for extra arms or Giant Hands cybernetics.

this is absolutely amazing
one of few mods adding new true kin castes and it's great :3

Giant Hands cybernetic would allow the zweihander to be used.
Eule  [auteur] 13 sep om 4:52
Oh! Right
I forgot to make a cybernetic to fix that oopsies
Lancewholelot 13 sep om 4:26
It seems the starting Mercenary cannot equip his Heimian Zweihander. Being gigantic, the great sword requires four hands!

There's certainly a Landsknecht theme to some. I dig it. BTW Eule, the Knecht's subtype should include the skill "Rifles" rather than "Rifle". Oddly though, it is correct for the branching skills to use the singular "Rifle_".

Are these supposed to be Venetians as True Kin?
