Hello, I got a way (two actually) to make it work on 50xx, one is using DXVK and another I just discovered is:

Copy the DLL of this path: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ nvidia corporation \ physx \ common.
Take the cudart32_65.dll

Put her name from Cudart.dll and substitution the DLL that has inside the game folder,
Ready must now work.

NOTE: The effects of Bokeh Filter and GPU Water Simulation, are no longer available, it's a branch break until (perhaps) Nvidia gets it.
