What to Do when it Crashes on Follow Freeman
Simple but yet not discussed often is on the Level 12: Follow Freeman you may encounter a Random Crash on the level if you playing on Windows 7 or Higher.

Simple:
1. Start back up game
2. Revert to an older save file
3. Then it won't crash

Hope this helped if you had issues

I had the same issue running the game in Direct X8 (add "-dxlevel 80" to advanced commands) helped, me past the glitch. Also try ditching your squad earlier in the level.

How about if it won't let you get to the next chapter? (It won't crash on mine)
