I have made this massive Sobibor map that is semi accurate so that you can make a mission where you break out prisoners! You could make that, a battle with the Soviets, or whatever you want with it.



This was made by hand, so expect some errors.

You have permission to make this editor map into a multiplayer map or mission, as long as you credit me.

BACKGROUND

Sobibor was a complex set up by the German authorities during World War II in the occupied territory of Poland. It was primarily designed for the forced relocation of Jewish people from various European countries. The camp was part of a broader effort to remove entire communities, and those who arrived there were often told they were being sent for labor purposes.

In reality, Sobibor was a site of immense suffering and loss, where many individuals were tragically killed under harsh conditions. The camp operated from 1942 to 1943, and while it was relatively short-lived, it left an indelible mark on history.

One of the remarkable aspects of Sobibor is the story of resistance. In 1943, a group of prisoners managed to escape, a courageous act that led to the eventual closure of the camp. This effort to resist and survive stands as a testament to human determination and strength in the face of overwhelming adversity.
