Okay so for the calories go to file explorer and find Steam\userdata\userID\2923300\remote\calories.txt and enter a big number or the exact amount for the achievement
same thing with exchange but instead of going to calories.txt go to exchange_count and set it as 5
very easy and should get you the achievements and not make you spend your bananas if you dont want to

send me a friend request if you need help my friend suggest making a new file with just the number 5 on it for exchange_count if it doesn't exist but you might need exchange once for it to pop up i'm sorry
