PocketsForAll (Draconis) Alternative Storage

An alternative way of storing outfits and their contained items. While I agree that being able to hoard stuff in your hotbar was unbalanced, it also made it impossible to keep clothes in storage for quick swapping.
I made a few changes to Draconis' original idea and while you still can't place clothing in the hotbar it can be carried in your hands or stored in containers like crates or cabinets.
I also fixed descriptions of some Separatist and Bandit clothing as well as their protection values.
