Hollow Knight: Silksong is a highly anticipated sequel to the acclaimed metroidvania that captured the hearts of a massive player base. While it’s set in a different realm than its predecessor, there are some similarities, such as the strong influence of an ancient ruler over a society in decline. Hornet’s main goal is to help the people of Pharloom by fulfilling their wishes and acting as a bell that guides the lost to safe places. The journey isn’t easy, but she’s determined to see it through


This guide is not a step-by-step walkthrough, but rather an explanation of how to obtain each achievement individually.
Since it’s quite extensive and includes many images, I recommend using CTRL + F and typing the achievement’s name to easily find what you’re looking for.


Bound

Obtained by acquiring your first Silk ability in Bone Bottom, coming from the upper section of the Marrow map, you'll pass through several traps and a silk-sealed path. After making it through, you'll spot a statue of the Weavers interact with it to gain the ability Silkspear.
Liberated

After acquiring the Silkspear ability, return to the location where you saw the silk-sealed path. Use the ability to clear the way. Once you're back in The Marrow, you can use the technique again to release the Bell Beast boss. The achievement is earned after defeating it.
Pharloom's Welcome ❌

After defeating the Bell Beast, head down and to the lower right to access the Deep Docks area. First, make your way to the upper section, where you'll find a statue of the Weavers. Interact with it to unlock the Swift Step ability.
Once you’ve obtained Swift Step, head to the middle of the map. Use the ability to reach and activate a lever that opens the gate to the boss room where Lace awaits. The achievement is unlocked after defeating her.


Note: This achievement is missable if you go to Blasted Steps or Sinner's Road via the Wormways, or move the Flea Caravan to Greymoor without fighting Lace here first.
Servant

In Far Fields, you’ll need to pick up the "Flexile Spines" wish from the NPC Seamstress to do that, collect the Hoker Spines scattered around the area. Once completed, you'll be rewarded with the Drifter’s Cloak ability. Head back to the marked location on map, and you’ll be ambushed by the boss Fourth Chorus. Defeat it to unlock the achievement.
Fanatic

In Shellwood, after defeating the boss Sister Splinter, you’ll be able to interact with another Weaver statue to obtain the Cling Grip ability. This lets you access Bellhart from the upper path. As you explore the area, you’ll come across the boss Widow defeat her to unlock the achievement.
After defeating this boss, the residents of Bellhart will be freed.
Last Dance

After making your way through the Choral Chambers, you’ll gain access to Cogwork Core. In this area, you'll face off against the Cogwork Dancers defeat them to claim the achievement.
Harmonious

After defeating the Cogwork Dancers, your next objective will be to obtain the three melodies to progress in the story. All of them will be marked on the map.

Vaultkeeper's Melody:
Get the Sacred Cylinder in Whispering Vaults.
Give this to Cardinius so he can play the melody.
To access the next two melodies, you’ll first need to unlock the Clawline ability in the Underworks by interacting with another Weaver statue.
Conductor's Melody:
Located in High Halls with the NPC Conductor Ballador, right after the room where you fight through multiple waves of enemies.
Architect's Melody:
Located at the top of Cogwork Core. Solve the puzzle by arranging musical figures on the pillars.
Starting from the left pillar, top to bottom:
First pillar:
- Hit the first floor once.
- Hit the second floor twice.
- Skip the third floor.
- Hit the fourth floor once.

Second pillar:
- Hit the first floor three times.
- Skip the second floor.
- Hit the third floor once.
- Hit the fourth floor once.

Three pillar:
- Hit the first floor three times.
- Skip the second floor.
- Hit the third floor once.
- Skip the fourth floor.

Four pillar:
- Hit the first floor three times.
- Hit the second floor three times.
- Hit the third floor three times.
- Skip the fourth floor or hit two times.
After obtaining the 3 melodies, return to where you defeated the Cogwork Dancers.

White Knight

After learning the 3 melodies(Check the Harmonious achievement), head up to The Cradle and defeat Lace.

To reach the Sands of Karak area, you'll need to use the Clawline ability in the same map where you meet the Pinstress, in the Blasted Steps. Can be bought from Shakra for 90 Rosaries.
Bilewater Map
Can be bought from Shakra for 90 Rosaries(requires the Ancestral Art Faydown Cloak).
Putrified Ducts Map
To access this map, you need to come through Memorium (requires the Ancestral Art Faydown Cloak). On the east side of the map, next to where you obtain the Memorium Map, there is a secret passage. To reach the location of the map, you need to let yourself be grabbed by a Barnark enemy’s tongue.
The Cradle Map
Obtained from a device by paying 70 Rosaries.
The Abyss Map
Obtained only in Act 3, in a room above the last bench.
Verdania Map
Obtained only in Act 3, keep following the path to the right of the Green Prince, see the Lamenter achievement.
Grey Ghost

Obtained after defeating Phantom in Exhaust Organ.

To reach this location, you’ll need to pass through the Mist map, accessed via Sinner's Road or Bilewater. This area is a maze with no specific path use the Needolin on the butterflies, and they will guide you to the correct route. After defeating the boss, the area disappears, so make sure to eliminate the Wraiths to obtain their journal entry.
Judge

Obtained after defeating The Last Judge in Blasted Steps. To do this, you must ring 5 old bells.

The Marrow
After defeating the Bell Beast.
Deep Docks
After defeating Lace.
Greymoor
After activating the lever in Crawlake, you need to come from the eastern side.
Bellhart
After defeating Widow.
Shellwood
You need to come from the Western side (Cling Grip required).
Last Judge location

Tragedian

Obtained after defeating Trobbio. To access the boss room for the first time, you need to reach it through the Whispering Vaults area. Once you've unlocked the gate, you'll also be able to enter from the Choral Chambers.

Heretic

First, you need to obtain the Key of Apostate in left side of Putrified Ducts.
After getting the key, head back to the Slab and unlock the gate to reach the area where the First Sinner is. Defeat her to earn the achievement.

Bonded

To unlock this achievement, head to any Bellway after starting Act 3. You'll gain access to a new area where you'll need to defeat the boss Bell Eater. After that, you'll meet some new allies and acquire the Beastling Call ability.
Lamenter
This achievement requires a few steps, which may vary depending on the act in which you completed the earlier ones.
Step 1 - Free the Green Prince in Sinner's Road using a Simple Key - there's one located in that same area.
Step 2 - First encounter in Choral Chambers. If he’s not in the area, you can go ahead and skip to the next step.
Step 3 - Second Encounter in Cogwork Core in same room where fought to Cogwork dancers:
If you completed the previous steps before Act 3, all you need to do is obtain the Elegy of the Deep ability in the Ruined Chapel, which is part of the main questline,.

After that, head to the far right side of Greymoor, where the passage to Verdania will now be open. Use the Elegy of the Deep ability together with the Green Prince to access Old Verdania.

Once inside Old Verdania, collect all the essences scattered throughout the area to unlock the gate leading to the final boss of the zone.

Defeat the Clover Dancers to unlock the achievement and obtain the Conjoined Heart.

Seed

After reaching Act 3 and obtaining the abilities Silk Soar and Elegy of the Deep, this boss will become one of the next three main objectives marked on your map.
In the lower section of the Grand Gate map, a new passage will open to the left. You'll need to defeat the mini-boss Seth(RIP) to reach the fountain, where you must use Elegy of the Deep to access the boss Nyleth. Defeat it to earn the achievement.

Diva
After reaching Act 3 and obtaining the abilities Silk Soar and Elegy of the Deep, this boss will become one of the next three main objectives marked on your map.
In Hunter's March, return to the room with the statue. In front of it, use the Silk Soar ability to access a new area. Head to the right side of the map to find Elder Karmelita. Use Elegy of the Deep to initiate the boss fight. Defeat her to unlock the achievement.

Tyrant
After reaching Act 3 and obtaining the abilities Silk Soar and Elegy of the Deep, this boss will become one of the next three main objectives marked on your map.
Upon entering the Coral Tower in the Sands of Karak, use the Elegy of the Deep ability in front of the throne. This will transport you to the boss’s tower, where you'll have to face several waves of enemies before reaching Crust King Khann. Defeat him to unlock the achievement.

Protected
Obtained by finding 4 Mask Shards, see the achievement below.
Masked
Mask Shards don’t have a fixed order, but some can only be accessed after unlocking specific abilities, which are sometimes available later in the game.
1 - Bone Bottom
Can be purchased from Pebb's shop for 300 Rosaries. If she's no longer available, you’ll need to buy it from Grindle in the Blasted Steps instead.

2 - Deep Docks
Can be accessed by taking the upper path between The Marrow and Deep Docks, using the platforms at the top of the map.

3 - Weavenest Atla
Break the wall on the right to reveal a hidden section of the map.

4 - Far Fields
Hitting an explosive at the top of the area will blow up the ground, revealing the Mask Shard.

5 - Shellwood
Follow the marked corridor, hitting the buds to avoid falling into the spikes.

6 - Far Fields
This shard is a reward for completing the Savage Beastfly wish, which becomes available in Bellhart after defeating the boss Widow and freeing the villagers.

7 - Wormways
Break the fake wall above the small pool to reveal the path.

8 - Choral Chambers
After defeating the Cogwork Dancers, head down to the lower section of the Cogwork Core. From there, go left and you’ll find the shard.

9 - Choral Chambers
After ringing the Songclave Bell, you’ll unlock the "The Wandering Merchant" wish, which lets you rescue the merchant Jubilana. Once you complete the quest, you’ll be able to buy the shard from her for 750 rosaries.

10 - Whispering Vaults
Just below Vaultkeeper Cardinius’s room, there’s a shard - but you’ll need to approach it from a lower section. Drop down further and hit one of the bookshelves to use it as a platform and reach the shard.

11 - Bilewater
Heading to the right side of the map.

12 - Mount Fay
On the far left side of the map, there’s a hollow pillar you can climb using the Cling Grip ability.

13 - The Slab
At the top of the map, you’ll find a switch that releases a set of spinning blades. Use your attacks to bounce off them and reach the shard.

14 - Wisp Thicket
To access this area, you’ll need the Faydown Cloak ability. Head to the upper section of Greymoor, then move to the right from the bench. At the top of the last room, you’ll find the shard.

15 - Bellhart
In Act 3, after speaking with the Shamans, head to Bellhart to receive the wish Dark Hearts. Your objective is to defeat 10 Void Mass enemies, which are scattered across various maps. Below are some of the known locations.

16 - Far Fields
In Act 3, after reaching the upper section of this map as explained in more detail in the Diva achievement and speaking with Skarrsinger Karmelita, return to Bellhart to receive the wish The Hidden Hunter. Follow the hunter’s tracks and defeat him, then collect the Grass Doll on the left side of the room. Complete the quest to receive the shard.

17 - Far Fields
In Act 3, after reaching the upper section of this map as explained in more detail in the Diva achievement. Head right until you find a cave. Inside, you’ll meet the NPC Sprintmaster Swift, who gives you the wish Fastest in Pharloom. Complete the quest, and you’ll be rewarded with the shard.

18 - Far Fields
On the eastern side of the map, there’s a skull-shaped cave. Head all the way down, clear out the enemies, then make your way back up. Once you’re back at the entrance, use the Drifter's Cloak ability to reach the shard located at the top.

19 - Blasted Steps
It’s recommended to come to this area after unlocking the Silk Soar ability in Act 3. Technically, it’s possible to access it earlier with a frame-perfect trick, but it’s not advised due to the difficulty.

20 - Mount Fay
In Act 3, near the center of the map, there’s a cave where you can use the Silk Soar ability over a platform above the water to access a hidden area. Break through the ice, bounce off enemies, and keep using Silk Soar to climb all the way to the top, where you’ll find the shard.
Regenerated

This achievement is unlocked after obtaining all three Silk Hearts.
Silk Heart 1
After defeating the Bell Beast, you’ll receive the item.
Silk Heart 2
In Whiteward, head right just before the entrance to Underworks, there’s a hidden passage you can access. Break the wall on the left, then use the Clawline ability to open up the storage and grab the item “Surgeon’s Key”.
After that, head back to the lower section of Whiteward and go all the way to the far left. There, you can use the key to unlock the gate that leads to the boss fight against The Unravelled. Defeating it rewards you with the Silk Heart.
Silk Heart 3
Once you've collected all the Melodies, you'll be able to access the elevator in Cogwork Core. For more details, check the Harmonious achievement. Defeat Lace in The Cradle to obtain the final Silk Heart.

Flea Finder

Obtained by finding 15 lost fleas, see the achievement below.
Fleafriend

Obtained by finding all 30 lost Fleas and receiving the final reward from the Flea Master after the caravan reaches Fleatopia, located in the Putrified Ducts map.

Break the fake wall at the bottom to reach a lever that releases steam. Then, break the wall above and use the Drifter's Cloak to access the Flea.

In a hidden passage at the center of the map, the Flea is trapped in ice.

21 - Memorium
At the top of the map, after freeing the Flea, you’ll have to defeat it in battle.

It’s possible to reach the Flea by using the seeds and a few Ancestral Arts. If you’re unsure how to get to this area, check the Cartographer achievement for guidance.

23 - Greymoor
At the very top of the left-side tower on the map.

24 - Underworks
Coming from the upper part of Greymoor, you need to access the Wisp Thicket map. After that, head to the top and break a secret wall to unlock access to Underworks, where the Flea is located.

25 - Whispering Vaults

Head back to Flea Master Mooshka and speak with him to initiate the caravan transfer. After this, it will be stationed in Putrified Ducts.
Access to this area requires that you've already discovered it on the map. If you’re unsure whether you have, the Cartographer achievement can help

26 - Whispering Vaults
Use the secret passage on the map and navigate through the obstacles using Ancestral Arts. Once you’re back on the surface, to the right of Songclave, scale the walls to reach the top and locate the Flea.

27 - Bilewater
First, enter Exhaust Organ and take the secret passage in the upper-left corner. Once you leave the area, keep following the path along the top-left side until you come across the Flea.
Remember, to reach this part of Bilewater, you must have already earned the Grey Ghost achievement.

28 - Bilewater
Break the wall at the bottom of the map and take out the enemies guarding the area to release the Flea.

30 - Putrified Ducts
Climb the Barnak vine all the way to the top to reach the Flea.
Final

Restored
Obtained by finding 2 spool fragments, see the achievement below.
Extended

1 - Bone Bottom
After coming from The Marrow and unlocking the elevator, keep heading to the right side of the map until you reach an area filled with rosaries. Break the wall just below to find the fragment.
2 - Deep Docks
In this part of the map, head to the right and activate the lever. Then use the ember platforms to reach the area where the fragment is located.
3 - Bellhart
Once you’ve unlocked the shop in Bellheart (more details in the Fanatic achievement), you’ll be able to purchase it for 270 rosaries.
4 - Greymoor
You’ll need to use the Ancestral Art Cling Grip to reach this part of the map.
5 - Weavenest Atla
You’ll need to use the Ancestral Art Cling Grip and take the upper path on the map.
6 - Blasted Steps
Can be purchased from the vendor Grindle for 680 rosaries.
7 - Underworks
In a corridor below the Ventrica Station.
8 - Underworks
At the bottom of the hole on the right side of the map.
9 - Grand Gate
At the top of the room with the scales, you’ll need the skill Cling Grip to access.
10 - Blasted Steps
You’ll need to have already moved the caravan to this area. After freeing between 12 and 14 fleas, Fleamaster Mooshka will reward you with the fragment.
11 - Whiteward
You'll find it just below the elevator. Ride the elevator down, then hit the switch to send it back up. Before it reaches the top, jump into the shaft and enter the passage on the side.
12 - Choral Chambers
This Spool Fragment is a reward for completing the Balm For the Wounded wish.
To make it appear on the Songclave mural, two conditions must be met:
- You've met Sherma in Songclave after ringing the local bell.
- You've entered the Whiteward map at least once.
After picking up the wish, head to Whiteward. On the left side of the map, enter a passage and find Sherma. Defeat the enemy waves to complete the mission and earn the Spool Fragment.
13 - Choral Chambers
To get this fragment, you’ll first need to pick up the wish The Lost Merchant in Songclave.
After that, head to the far right side of the Memorium map and rescue the merchant Jubilana.
Now head back to Songclave and buy the Spool Fragment from her for 500 Rosaries.
14 - Cogwork Core
Head down to the lower right section of the map.
15 - Deep Docks
On the right side of the map, after unlocking the switch with a Simple Key, you’ll come across a second locked gate. To open the path to the fragment, head to the lower section of the map and destroy all the bombs along the way to reveal the route.
16 - The Slab
On the western side of the map, at the top of a frosty area.
17 - Memorium
On the left side of the map, after making it past the spikes.
18 - High Halls
In the left tower of the map, you’ll need to use the Ancestral Arts Faydown Cloak, Cling Grip, and Clawline to reach the top.

Claimed
Obtained after collecting the first Crest see the achievement below for more details.
Consumed
Crests are combat stances that modify Hornet’s attacks. To unlock this achievement, you’ll need to collect all seven. One of which is with you from the very beginning of the adventure.
Crest of Reaper
In Greymoor, on the left side of the map just above the exit to Bellhart, enter the passage and climb to the top of the tower. The Crest is obtained after claiming the shrouded body
Crest of Beast
In Hunter’s March, head to the far right side of the map, using the ancestral art Drifter’s Cloak to climb up. After defeating the boss Savage Beastfly, go left and claim the insect’s shell.
Crest of Wanderer
In Bone Bottom, head to the left using the Ancestral Art Cling Grip to climb. Make your way to the stone temple known as the Chapel of the Wanderer. Inside, descend to the lowest level and claim the bound body.
Crest of Architect
In the Underworks, you’ll need to buy the Architect's Key from the NPC Twelfth Architect. This item only becomes available after you've collected at least 30 tools.
Once you’ve got the key, head to the platform above and to the left of where the NPC is located. Use the key to unlock the gate, and inside, you’ll be able to claim the construct.
Crest of Witch
To get this Crest, you first need to receive the curse by giving the Twisted Bud to the NPC Greyroot. For more details, check out the Twisted Child achievement make sure to complete it beforehand, as it’s a missable achievement.
After finishing that ending, head to the NPC Yarnaby, located to the left of Greymoor, and accept the wish Infestation Operation.
Next, make your way to Sinner’s Road. On the right side of the cage area, you’ll find the NPCs Crull and Benjin buy the Steel Spines from them for 260 rosaries.
Once that’s done, return to Yarnaby and complete the wish. As a reward, you’ll receive the Crest of Witch.
Crest of Shaman
Can only be obtained in Act 3, after unlocking the ancestral art Silk Soar. Return to the room in Moss Grotto where the snails are gathered. Head to the right and use the ability to start breaking through the walls. Keep going, clearing out all the hidden passages along the way. At the end, claim the Snail Shell to receive the Crest.

Woven
Silk Spear
Bone Bottom - This Silk Skill is required to progress in the game and is obtained at the top of the map, coming from The Marrow.
Thread Storm
Greymoor - In this map, you first need to access the Craw Lake structure and head to its upper section to activate the lever that unlocks the platforms on the outer part of the map. After that, you'll need to climb to the highest point of the map to obtain the Silk Skill Thread Storm.
Sharpdart
Wormways - On the far left of the map, you'll need the Ancestral Arts Clawline and Swift Step. After climbing the platform, use the Needolin to open the door. Then, head left to find the statue where the Silk Skill Sharpdart is located.
Cross Stitch
Bilewater - After passing through the mist, you'll need to defeat the boss Phantom. For more details, check the Grey Ghost achievement.
Rune Rage
The Slab - First, you need to collect the Key of Apostate on the left side of Putrefied Ducts. After that, head to The Slab and defeat the boss First Sinner to obtain the Silk Skill. For more details, check the Heretic achievement.
Pale Nails
The Cradle - This area can only be accessed in Act 3, after acquiring the Ancestral Art Silk Soar. You’ll need to return to the top of the tower where you fought the boss Grand Mother Silk and claim her arm.

Entwined
This achievement unlocks after collecting all 20 Memory Lockets and speaking with Eva to bind her.
1 - The Marrow
At the top section of the map, after defeating the Bell Beast.
2 - Bone Bottom
The reward for delivering the Volatile Flintbeetles wish, which can be found on the board.
The three beetles are scattered throughout The Marrow:
- At the top of the first room coming from Bone Bottom.
- At the top of the map, near the exit to Shellwood.
- On the right side of the map, near the exit to Bellhart.
If you haven't completed the wish before Act 3, you'll need to go to the room where you first encountered the flea caravan in The Marrow. The item will be on the ground there.
3 - Far Fields
You can buy it from Mort, the shopkeeper, for 150 Rosaries. Remember, you'll need to pay 30 Rosaries the first time you access the shop. After that, simply open the door and hit the gear until it breaks, so it won't close again.
If you haven't acquired it before Act 3, you'll need to head to Blasted Steps and purchase it from Grindle.
4 - Bellhart
You can buy it from Frey, the shopkeeper, for 330 Rosaries.
5 - Deep Docks
After opening the gate on the right with the Simple Key, head to the bottom of the map, break through a wall, and you'll have access to the locket.
6 - Hunter's March
At the bottom-right of the map, break a cage to unlock the item.

In the room with the benches that require a fee to use, use the ancestral art Cling Grip on the left wall. Jump onto the platform, then leap into a secret passage at the top, from there, head left and drop down to find the locket.
10 - Choral Chambers
It’s located just above the Grand Bellway. To unlock the area, you’ll need to take the elevator after defeating the Phantom boss in Bilewater. For more details, check the Grey Ghost achievement.
11 - Whispering Vaults
On the top right, inside the secret passage after dragging the platforms across the map.
12 - Memorium
n the area with Shellwood enemies, after passing through the spikes.
13 - The Slab
You need to have obtained the Key of Apostate, access a secret passage using the Faydown Cloak, and from there, break a wall to reach the locket
14 - Greymoor
In the lower part of the map, between Halfway Home and the exit to Bellhart.
15 - Greymoor
Inside Halfway Home, just above the left door, you’ll need to use the Faydown Cloak to reach the area.
16 - Sands of Karak
At the beginning of the map, using one of the glowing spheres.
17 - Bilewater
Just above Bellway, after jumping across a few platforms.

To the left of the furthest right bench on the map, you’ll need to hit a few hanging bodies to drop the locket

In Act 3, after acquiring the Ancestral Art Silk Soar, head up to the highest platform on the map, right next to Bellhome, and use the skill to reach the area where the item is located.

After gaining access to the highest part of the map, check Diva achievement for more details. Then, head to the far right, defeat a Skarrgard in the area to unlock the gate, and collect the Memory Locket.
After collecting all the Memory Lockets, return to the Weavenest Atla map and talk to Eva to bind with her and unlock the achievement.

Obtained by acquiring all tools. There are 59 tools in total, but you only need 51 to unlock the achievement, upgrades and variations do not count(Except if you’re playing in Steel Soul mode in that case, the yellow tool Shell Satchel replaces the Dead Bug’s Purse).

Mount Fay - Obtained by repairing the Ruined Tool found in Weavenest Murglin in Bilewater, there are three variations of this tool, but you can only obtain one.
Repair it in a room below the peak using 1 Craftmetal to obtain the best version.
Underworks - Found in a room in the southwest area.
High Halls - Can be bought from Twelfth Architect for 360 Rosaries and 1 Craftmetal.
High Halls - Crafted in a room, necessary 1 Craftmetal.
High Halls - Behind a breakable wall, one Simple Key required.
Memoriuim - Found behind a hidden wall in the northeast area.

Now the Second Sentinel will appear in several locations within the Citadel to fight enemies. You need to witness at least 2 battles.
After witnessing the battles and learning the Conductor’s Melody, the Final Audience wish will appear in SongClave.
Track the Second Sentinel to High Halls and defeat it to obtain the tool.

Found at the end of a tunnel in the eastern Underworks, directly south of where Clawline can be found.

Reward from Loddie after beating the first challenge by hitting the target 15 times. Loddie appears in The Marrow after defeating the boss Widow. In Act 3 can be found in the same location on top of a table.

Reward from Nuu for completing the wish Bugs of Pharloom, you need to defeat 100 different enemies.

Granted
Obtained by completing your first wish. It can be any wish, so you’ll most likely get it in Bone Bottom.
Resident
Obtained by acquiring your house in Bellhart. To obtain the Bellhome Key, you must complete the Restoration of Bellhart and Bellhart’s Glory wishes.
For these wishes to appear, you need to have upgraded your needle at least once, delivered at least one relic to Relic Seeker Scrounge, and completed two of the following wishes:
Silver Bells, My Missing Courier, My Missing Brother and Savage Beastfly.
After completing these wishes, reload the area and speak with Pavo in Bellhart, and he will give you the Bellhome Key. Enter the house to unlock the achievement.
Glutton
Obtained by completing the Great Taste of Pharloom wish. Talk to the NPC Loyal Mergwin in Choral Chambers to start the quest, where you’ll need to collect several ingredients.
Mossberry Stew
Obtained from the Moss Druid in Bone Bottom.
Vintage Nectar
Obtained in Greymoor, at the lower part of the Halfway House. Purchase access from Creige for 480 Rosaries and defeat the enemies.
Courier's Rasher
For this one, you’ll need to make a delivery from Bellhart to the location where you started the wish. To have this delivery available, you must have completed the My Missing Courier and My Missing Brother wishes.
You must complete the entire route on time, without taking too much damage and fast travel cannot be used, for the route I’m going to show, you first need to unlock a shortcut in Grand Gate by destroying a fake wall when coming through Choral Chambers.
Crustnut
Located in a secret area of Sands of Karrak, revealed by destroying a fake wall.
Pickled Muckmaggot
Obtained by defeating Disgraced Chef Lugoli on Sinners Road.
After collecting all the ingredients, deliver them to gain a Pale Oil and unlock the achievement.
Trail's End
Obtained by completing the Trail’s End wish.
The wish will appear in Bellhart after you’ve purchased all maps from Shakra, obtained the Faydown Cloak and defeated the boss Groal the Great.
After starting the wish, follow Shakra’s tracks to the upper area of Bilewater. Speak with her near a waterfall to obtain the Throwing Rings tool and the achievement.
Fatal Resolve
Obtained by completing the Fatal Resolve wish in Act 3.
Go to Pinstress’s house in Blasted Steps and obtain the Needle Strike ability.
In Act 3, after you return from the Abyss, the wish will appear in Bellhart. Accepting it, go to Pinstress’s house and read the note she left there.
Find Pinstress in Mount Fay and defeat her to obtain the Pin Badge tool and unlock the achievement.
Hero's Call
Obtained by completing the Hero’s Call wish in Act 3.
First, you need to find Garmond and Zaza at least three times in Far Fields after starting Act 3 or after obtaining the Everbloom.
Accept the wish in Bellhart.
Go to Blasted Steps and follow Zaza until you find Garmond. Defeat him to unlock the achievement.
Weaver Queen ❌
After obtaining the three melodies and defeating Lace in The Cradle, keep climbing and challenge Mother Silk. Defeat her and select the bind option to unlock the first ending of the game.

Note: If you've already made the Silk and Soul wish before reaching the Weaver Queen ending, it's CRUCIAL to select the BIND option after defeating Mother Silk. If you choose the Needolin option, you won't be able to unlock this achievement anymore.
Twisted Child ❌
The second ending requires you to defeat Mother Silk while cursed by the Rooted Curse. However, if you cure the curse before defeating her or proceed to Act 3, you’ll no longer be able to get this achievement and will need to start a new save.

To obtain the curse, you must first complete the Rite of the Pollip wish in Shellwood.
Obtain all 6 Pollip Hearts in Shellwood and deliver them to the NPC Greyroot.
Before proceeding to obtain the curse, I recommend unlocking access to Mother Silk in The Cradle.
To obtain the curse, collect the Twisted Bud in Bilewater and deliver it to Greyroot. This area can be accessed through the Whispering Vaults.
Once you’re cursed, you’ll be locked with a specific Crest, unable to use any tools or heal using silk, so be prepared.
Defeat Mother Silk while under the curse to unlock the achievement,to see the details on how to remove the curse, check the Consumed achievement.
Snared Silk
Note: When starting Act 3, your world will undergo drastic changes, several NPCs and enemies will disappear or move, and you will no longer be able to get the Twisted Child ending. Therefore, I recommend completing everything available and buying all items from NPCs before proceeding.

This is the third ending, which grants access to Act 3. To obtain it, you must first complete the Silk and Soul wish from the NPC Caretaker in Songclave.

To unlock this wish, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
- Defeat Lace in The Cradle(White Knight Achievement)
- Move the Flea Caravan to Fleatopia in Putrified Ducts(Flea Friend Achievement)
- Unlock your Bellhome in Bellhart(Resident Achievement)
- Obtain the Faydown Cloak
- Completed Shakra’s Trail’s End wish(Trail's End Achievement)
- Completed all board wishes in SongClave, Bone Bottom, and Bellhart

After meeting all the requirements, talk to Caretaker to start the wish, and he will ask you to collect some materials.
Maiden's Soul
Obtained from the NPC Chapel Maid in Bone Bottom.
Hermit's Soul
Obtained from the NPC Bell Hermit at the lower part of Bellhart.
Seeker's Soul
Obtained inside a small house in Bilewater, after defeating the boss Groal the Great.
Snare Setter
Inside a secret passage in Weavenest Atla, you need the Faydown Cloak to reach this location.
After collecting all the materials, deliver them to the Caretaker. You can now play the Needolin at the end of the battle against Mother Silk. Do this to unlock the achievement and start Act 3.

Remembrance
This achievement is part of the Act 3 story to unlock the final available ending.
Talk to the Shamans after obtaining the three hearts. See the achievements: Seed, Diva, Tyrant, and Lamenter.
When you speak to them in the Ruined Chapel, you’ll be transported to a distant memory. Complete the platforming challenges and obtain the Everbloom.
Sister of the Void
The fourth ending of the game. After obtaining the Everbloom, return to the Abyss and defeat the final boss to unlock the achievement and reunite with an old friend
Passing of the Age
Secret scene in ending of Act 3.
To obtain it, you must complete the Passing of the Age wish.

Interact with the Lore Tablet in a secret location in Putrified Ducts. You can reach this area using the Silk Soar ability.
Now you’ll need to play the Needolin in seven different locations to find the NPC Mister Mushroom.
Mister Mushroom 1
The first location is in Moss Grotto, between two benches.
Mister Mushroom 2
The second location is in Bone Bottom, above where the wish board was.
Mister Mushroom 3
The third location is in Far Fields, on a platform slightly to the left of the entrance to Weavenest Cindril.
Mister Mushroom 4
The fourth location is in Greymoor, below the secret passage that leads to Whisp Thicket.
Mister Mushroom 5
The fifth location is in The Slab, next to the entrance of the First Sinner boss.
Mister Mushroom 6
The sixth location is in Mount Fay, where you obtain the Faydown Cloak.
Mister Mushroom 7
The final location is at the top of the map, above The Cradle. To start the climb, you’ll need to use the Silk Soar ability in a corridor in Choral Chambers. Keep ascending until you enter a cave and reach the top of Pharloom. This is the hardest location to access, requiring you to overcome a series of challenges, so be prepared.
After all encounters, defeat the final boss in the Abyss to view the extra cutscene and unlock the achievement.
Journal
Achievements related to Hunter's Journal.
Keen Hunter
Talk to Nuu in Greymoor to receive the Hunter’s Journal. You’ll need to find and defeat 100 different enemies, a fairly simple achievement as there are plenty of enemy types and you’ll likely complete this naturally while progressing through the game.
Once you’ve defeated at least 100 enemies, talk to Nuu again to receive a Tool Pouch upgrade and unlock the achievement.
True Hunter
Earned by completing the Hunter’s Journal.

Sharpened Needle
1 - After defeating the boss Widow and freeing the NPCs in Bellhart, talk to Pinmaster Plinney to upgrade your needle for free.
Shining Needle
2 - The next upgrades will require the item Pale Oil. The first one can be found in Choral Chambers, to reach this area, you must come through the Whispering Vaults. Collect the oil and bring it to Pinmaster Plinney to get the second upgrade.
Hivesteel Needle
3 - The next Pale Oil can be obtained by completing the Great Taste of Pharloom wish in Choral Chambers, see Glutton Achievement.
Pale Steel Needle
4 - The last Pale Oil can only be obtained in Act 3 after completing the Ecstasy of the End wish. This wish will appear in Bellhart after you find all the lost fleas. Win the minigames in Fleatropia and talk to the Fleamaster.
In Act 3, Pinmaster Plinney won’t be in his workshop, he’ll be visiting the cemetery in Shellwood. Talk to him and return to Bellhart to upgrade your needle.
Speedrunner

I’ll provide a route to help you finish the game in under 5 hours. Any ending is valid, so we’ll go for the Weaver Queen ending since it’s the fastest.
Step 1: Get the Silk Spear and defeat the Bell Beast.
We start by heading straight for the Silk Spear ability. On the way to the Bell Beast, take a detour to unlock the bench near Shakra. Defeat the enemies and collect as many rosaries as possible. I recommend buying Shakra’s Compass and Quill so you don’t get lost during the run.
(Optional: Take the opportunity to unlock the elevator if you plan to follow the Last Judge route.)
Step 2: Get the Swift Step and defeat Lace.
Make your way to the Craftmetal in The Marrow, then continue until you obtain the Swift Step ability. It’s a straightforward path without major difficulties, just be careful with the small wave of enemies in the Hunters March section you’ll pass through. After obtaining the ability, take the elevator down and defeat Lace to reach Far Fields.
(Optional: You can obtain the Straight Pin tool right after picking up the Craftmetal by going down into the room where you first encounter Grindle, before descending to Deepdocks.)
Step 3: Get the Warding Bell Tool and Drifter’s Cloak.
Head through Far Fields and pick up the Warding Bell, this tool will significantly boost your survivability. Then, continue forward until you reach the Flexile Spines wish. Gather all the Spine Cores in the nearby room, since enemies respawn every time you re-enter, there’s no need to backtrack to a bench. After collecting them all, you’ll be rewarded with the Drifter’s Cloak.
Step 4: Make your way through the Fourth Chorus and proceed until you reach Bellhart.
Grab the Mask Shard in the upper room, then head to face the Fourth Chorus boss.
Currently, it’s possible to skip this fight by performing a precise combo: Swift Step + Jump + Drift Cloak + Heal + Dash with the correct timing.
However, this skip isn’t particularly useful. the boss is fairly easy and can be defeated in just a few minutes.
After defeating Fourth Chorus, climb the long vertical chamber until you reach Greymoor.
Head left to find the Halfway Home bench, then use the enemies in the room to the right to farm at least 300 Rosaries.
Once ready, continue forward to face Moorwing — defeat it to reach Bellhart.
(Optional: You can take the path to the right first to obtain the Thread Storm ability and activate the Third Ancient Bell, in case you plan to follow the Last Judge route.)
Step 5: Get the Cling Grip and defeat Widow.
After reaching Bellhart, continue forward to grab the next Mask Shard, then climb up to obtain the Cling Grip ability.
(Optional: Purchase the Shellwood Station if you plan to follow the Last Judge route.)
Sister Skip:
You can skip the boss fight by using the enemy Phacia. Use the Challenge command (V on keyboard or right stick on controller), then jump onto the nearby platform and lure the enemy to the right side. Use an aerial attack to reach the upper platform and bypass the encounter.
After obtaining Cling Grip, proceed onward and defeat Widow.
Step 6: Upgrade your Neddle and go back to Bone Bottom
After defeating Widow, upgrade your Needle and take the Station back to Bone Bottom. Purchase a Mask Shard for 300 Rosaries, then head to Weavenest Atla.
Upgrade your Crest of Hunter with Eva and collect another Mask Shard in the area.
Once done, return to Bellhart to continue the route.
Step 7: Reach the Citadel.
There are two routes to get there: the shorter and harder one goes through Exhaust Organ, defeating Phantom; The other route requires defeating the Last Judge and passing through Underworks.
Phantom Route:
From bellhart station, go to Greymoor and climb up to Sinners Road, then head to the secret passage that leads to The Mist. This section is quite difficult, but there are small tricks to make it easier:
First Room: Use the Needolin and follow the butterflies as usual.
Second Room: Use the Needolin and follow the butterflies as usual.
Third Room: Only take exits that go left or right — avoid exits that go up or down. Choosing left or right will lead you to a corridor with some butterflies.
Fourth Room: Use the Needolin and follow the butterflies as usual.
Fifth Room: In the last room, the exit will always be on the right.
After crossing The Mist, defeat Phantom and reach the Citadel.
Last Judge Route:
Take the station to Shellwood and head to the fifth Ancient Bell. After ringing it, go up to Blasted Steps and defeat the Last Judge. Then, proceed through Underworks until you reach Grandbellway.
Step 8: Defeat the CogWork Dancers.
Purchase both Grand Bellway stations, then head straight up to face the Cogwork Dancers boss.
Step 9: Get the Pale Oil and upgrade you needle
Head to Whispering Vaults and collect the Pale Oil. Next, unlock access to the arena where you’ll fight Trobio. After that, return to Bellhart to upgrade your needle.
Step 10: Defeat Trobio, get the Clawline and Vaultkeeper's Melody
After returning from Bellhart, defeat Trobio and head down to Underworks. Pick up the Clawline, then go back to Whispering Vaults through Underworks to collect the Sacred Cylinder. Finally, talk to the NPC Vaultkeeper Cardinius to learn the Vaultkeeper’s Melody.
Step 11: Learn the Conductor's Melody
The most challenging part in my opinion, head to High Halls and defeat the enemy waves to learn the Conductor’s Melody. You can pick up the Cogfly tool along the way. Be prepared, and good luck.
Step 12: Learn the Architect's Melody
Return to Cogwork Core and use the Clawline to reach the upper section of the map. Make your way through the climbing challenges, solve the puzzle, and learn the Architect’s Melody.
Step 13: Defeat Lace and Mother Silk
Now all that’s left is to defeat Lace and Mother Silk to finish the game. Return to where you defeated the Cogwork Dancers and take the elevator up to The Cradle. Defeat the bosses, and if everything went well, you’ll earn the achievement on the final screen.
Even with a few deaths, I finished the game following this route in 3 hours and 22 minutes, so there’s still plenty of room for mistakes.
Speed Completion

Getting 100% completion in under 30 hours isn’t as hard as it looks. If you already know where things are, it’s actually pretty manageable. I recommend prioritizing weapon upgrades and focusing on building a strong setup so you can take down enemies quickly. Then, grab the movement abilities like Clawline and Faydown Cloak, and unlock all the teleport stations across the game. After that, just follow the guide to check where each item needed for completion is located.
Steel Soul

This mode is unlocked after finishing the game for the first time, or by accessing the “Extras” option in the main menu and entering the command: up, down, up, down, left, right, left, right.

Just like in the first game, deaths are permanent in this mode, meaning you can’t die at any point.

I recommend is to quit the game immediately whenever you reach 2 health points.
One of the most useful tools here is the Fractured Mask, located in Hunters March, as it protects you from fatal damage.

Focus on upgrading your needle, collecting as many Mask Shards as possible, and obtaining Memory Lockets to upgrade your preferred Crest.
Steel Heart

Achieving 100% completion is a demanding task, but not an impossible one. All it takes is patience and a steady pace. Be especially careful when collecting the crests, as all your tools will be unequipped during the process. And remember, always exit the game immediately if your health drops to 2 points or if your Fractured Mask breaks, if you’re using it.
