As we all know, Local Celebrity is considered to be one of the hardest achievements to get BUT recently with the new Picture Purrfect Update they have added a new part of the map and I think I just found the Purrrrfect Spot to get this achievement

First off there a few things you'r gonna wanna need, Trust me Their Essential to making this go Smoothly

• 1st, A Hat

• 2nd, An Emote ("So Fancy" is most recommended as you can Walk while using it)

• And Last, Access to the new part of the Map

Once you've got all that Sorted your all Set

Your gonna want to go to the new Section of the Map where you go to visit Felix, it should be located at the top right with a Picture of a Red Panda and a mountain



Now once you've arrived, you will notice this building that you can circle around


if you pay close attention you'll notice its an Npc HotSpot

After Spinning Around the building it should be pretty obvious on what you gotta do... spin around it a buncha times until some npcs looking at their Phones appear, once you find one of them walk ahead of them (but not too far otherwise they'll despawn,) and then use an Emote and Meow repeatedly at them as they walk past you. Eventually one will notice you and snap a pic
Warning do not Move Until They have put their phone in their pocket once they reach out to pat you your good to move on.



Do this a couple more times and before you know it You'll get the achievement in no time
