Features:

Outline Tech - Minimal use of the new experimental outline tech (fully charged, iconic outline) to just be present around the eyes and slightly around some models towards the player's head. This tech is only visible up close (see last gif), so you'll only be able to see it's effect until you're within a certain radius of a player that owns it.

Position on model - All of the black smokey bits will attach to all parts of any model, so the effect will look different depending on what hat it's applied to.
