As the streetcleaners were being repurposed into becoming scouts for the hell expeditions, a glaring issue arose. Nearly none of the machines sent out returned, resulting in the conclusion that the streetcleaners required another machine to lead them through the depths of the inferno and come back with minimal casualties.

This machine was V-SC-1 (V-SERIES - STREETCLEANER - 1). Due to the lack of faith everyone had in the V-series after the colossal amount of money and materials they had to invest into V2 and the lost prototype, V1, with both of the machines lacking to produce any successful results; V-SC-1 was created using recycled blueprints and schematics from V1, merged with the components of a streetcleaner, allowing for greater resistances to heat and for a good handful of projectiles to harmlessly bounce off the machine. Furthermore, V-SC-1 was hardcoded to be a perfectionist, to spot out any flaws in the streetcleaners it had been sent out with, however this outlook can also apply to itself: leading to V-SC-1 striving for perfectionism no matter the cost.

This strive for perfectionism has led to the machine viewing V1 as its idol and something it should strive to be more adjacent to, while it respected V2 and strived to surpass it. Neither machines reciprocated this notion.
