Keep in mind that the objective of this guide is show the most efficient method I found to get all the achievements, following the Unified Achievement Hunting Rules, to complete this game as fast as possible in a legal way.

To play with yourself and get all the non-classic mode kills/tasks grind related achievements, you will need to download a depot (older version of this game). If you don't know what I'm talking about, check this guide and this post, but don't worry, I'll guide you in the process.

1) First of all, I highly recommend doing things in an organized way, since you will need to play with a lot of copies of your game. Create a folder on your desktop called "Among Us". Inside that folder, create two more folders. One called "Current build", and the other "Depot".

2) Go to your Among Us Steam library page, click on the gear icon > Manage > Browse local files. Move all those files to your Current build folder.

3) Press Windows + R, paste the following and press Enter.

steam://open/console

A console should have been opened on your Steam client.

4) In the console, paste this and press Enter:

download_depot 945360 945361 3666602116221813978

5) Once the download is complete, the console will throw a path. Copy that path (with
quotation marks or not, it's the same), press Windows + R again, paste the path and press Enter.

6) Copy all those files and paste them to your Among Us installation folder. Also paste them in your Desktop\Among Us\Depot folder. Now, since we need one game instance for each player, make five more copies of your Depot folder. Final result:

Now you are ready to play. Run an executable of one of these depot folders for each player you need to get an achievement. Remember, one of these game instances must be launched through your Steam client with the green Play button. You will host the matches and play (most of the time) with this game instance in order to get the achievements. Since game instances launched outside the Steam Among Us installation folder can't play online, you will host local matches.



I recommend the following settings (you can change them interacting with the spaceship computer in the lobby):

Last thing to keep in mind, make sure to close all other apps (except for Steam) which uses your Internet in some way. If an other app uses the same port as Among Us to work, you will get a lot of disconnection issues.

This is the most annoying achievement, and probably the one you want to get rid of first. You must open 7 game instances to have two Impostors on the match (make sure to set the number of Impostors in the spaceship computer before starting the match). If you are getting disconnection issues, close all other apps (except for Steam), close and relaunch all your game instances and you are good to go. Once you get the achievement, you can close two game instances.

⠀        Note: With five game instances, you can get the following 7 achievements in the same match.⠀        

Before starting a match, make sure to interact with the computer to change the settings I show in the image below:



Now you can be the Shapeshifter instead of the Impostor. Click on the Shift icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Choose any Crewmate, get close to and kill him.


Press Tab, click on the power supply button, get close to a Crewmate and click on the kill icon.




After calling a lights sabotage, following your map go to the power supply mark. Complete the task to get the achievement.


Self-explanatory. You will get these ones going for the others achievements above. "H U N G E R" requires five players. Once you get it, you can close another game instance.


Kill a Crewmate, report the corpse and vote another Crewmate with all your game instances.


Press Tab to open your map. Click on the O2 mark on the right side and wait until the time runs out.

Self-explanatory. You will get this one going for some of the achievements below.


Before starting a match, make sure to interact with the computer to change the settings I show in the image below:



Now you can be a Guardian Angel instead a Ghost when you are killed. Switch to a Impostor game instance and kill yourself. Get close to another Crewmate with your main game instance, which has the Guardian Angel role now. Use your Protect ability and try to kill him with the Impostor. A shield will protect that Crewmate and you will get the achievement.


Before starting a match, make sure to interact with the computer to change the following settings:


For this achievement you need the Submit Scan task. Leave the game and make a new match if you didn't get this task.



Open your map, go to the Medbay room, start the task and while you are being scanned, swap to the Impostor game instance and kill yourself.


Before starting a match, make sure to interact with the computer to change the settings just like are described in the achievement above.
Check your map, go to the Admin room and complete the card swipe task on your first try for that match. Try to don't swipe the card too slow or too fast.


Before starting a match, make sure to interact with the computer to change the following settings:


Complete all the tasks with all the Crewmate game instances to win the match and get this achievement.


Call an emergency meeting and vote the Impostor with all the game instances.

The good news about these ones are that in this game mode you can select what player will be the Impostor. Make yourself the Impostor by interacting with the spaceship computer and keep killing Crewmates until you get the achievements. You can easily keep track of your kills with this AutoHotKey script:

Pretty much the same as the "A WELL-OILED MACHINE" achievement from the Classic mode Crewmate section, but this time you don't even need to complete the tasks with the other game instances or win the match.


The easiest and fastest way to grind wins as Crewmate is closing the Impostor game instance. To keep the things organized, before each match choose the player who has the number 3 at the end of his name as the Impostor. Check the previous section to get an AHK script which will help you counting your victories.

Self-explanatory. To win fast, if you are the Impostor kill all the Crewmates. If you are a Crewmate, choose one option:
A) Close the Impostor game instance.
B) Switch to the Impostor game instance, kill a Crewmate, report the corpse (you can skip these three steps if you are in the Skeld map) and vote the Impostor with all the game instances.
Not really sure which one is the fastest, because for the second one you need to relaunch one game instance and join the match again.

For these achievements you must play in the current build. If you are playing with depot, move all the files you have in the Among Us installation folder to another place, and put here the current build files instead.

You can apply the same method used for the achievements above. There is an AHK script rounding here and there to make this process AFK. I was not able to make this script work on my side, seems like it's outdated. Anyways, I don't recommend using a script for this. It's just a ~1.5 hours grind. Here is the process:

1) Interact with the computer. Choose Crewmate as role (if it's not yours already).

2) Open the Cafeteria folder and check the Empty garbage task.



3) Go up, interact with the panel and complete the task.



4) Go back to the computer, uncheck and check again the Empty garbage task. Repeat this process until you get the achievements.

The tricks showed in this section can be patched in a future, but you will always be able to get these achievements with the depot and the multiple game instance method anyways, like the rest of the achievements of this guide. It's just that is fastest on this way.

I will probably not update this guide anymore, even if the game get new achievements. I will make a new guide instead covering those achievements, but keep in mind that the tricks showed here probably will not work for them.
