Beskrivning
The game update that added pilot traits also went back and updated some reward pilots to have traits. But other reward pilots were not given traits.

This mod adds starting traits to reward pilots that did not receive them. Full details in change logs.

Note that this mod applies when the pilots are received. It will not have any effect if your save game already contains the pilot in roster.


DLC2 reward pilots were tested through Solaris Career start which reuses them, not tested in actual DLC2 campaign.
DLC5 reward pilots have not been tested due to lacking an appropriate save, for now.

Ikr? Had to make a new campaign playthrough to make sure all the reward pilots I had were tagged as heros

Man, that sucks that already owned pilots don't retroactively get traits. :(

ohhh that actually makes a lot of gameplay design sense. Too bad the save editor has not been updated in forever. I don't really want to go all the way back to 3015 just to get a pre-traited Freeman...

From what I see in Editor, Leon Freeman did receive traits in game update.

Because pilots can gain or lose traits during play - mostly through academies - then the traits for each pilot are stored in the savegame. And because of that, changing the starting traits for a pilot will have no effect on games where that pilot has been recruited before update/mod.

They really did the bare minimum on unique pilots. Fenstrom has a one line bio.
