Beginning of Game (Givanium Resources Sector)
I believe this game will open up where 8 ended, with you in the hallway outside of the Secondary Vat room. My theory is that the vat rooms and all of the major givanium experiments take place on a sort of floor between floors, or in this case, floor 6 and a half (because in the elevator you go up a for a while). You will then descend through another elevator back to floor 7 and end up in the Givanium Resources Sector.

In the beginning of this area, Brushista will paint small little murals depicting her troubled life and how you have made it worse. After the short mural section, you will complete a givanium puzzle where you push the big canisters into a container on a truck that is being driven by a givanium citizen. Once you push all 4 barrels in, the truck will drive off.

The room following this puzzle will have a bend, with the wall having the mural of a cartoony explosion. Once you take the bend and go a bit farther, Brushista will break through the wall and a chase sequence will begin. The chase will end with Brushista smacking you with her tail onto an elevator and sending you down into the next area.
Floor 8 (Mutants Floor)
After you got flung onto the elevator by Brushista and sent down here, you now have to complete 3 new mini sectors to continue. The three are the Warden Sector, Mutant Sector, and Memorial Sector. You will start in the Warden Sector and end in the Memorial Sector.

Warden Sector: This sector is an area below the prison at the beginning of 8, and will have the player have to complete 2 puzzles. After that, you will then end up in a prisoner speaking room, with Sheriff Toadster on the other end. He will then give you a depressing speech about how he thought you would save the Garten, and how his and all of his friends lives have either gotten way worse or have ended. The speech then ends with him committing self harm, and you leaving the sector.

Mutant Sector: This sector has no enemies present, and only has you complete another 2 puzzles. This area is also where you will see the mutant family mural, with the last two members being Oony Balloony and the Nannie.

Memorial Sector: This sector has you complete 2 final puzzles, with then one final half puzzle. In this half puzzle, you will use your signal remote to un-mix the mixed up colors on the memorial board (for context Banban's screen has a white background, and Banbalina's has a red background, so you have to swap them to correct it). The puzzle will automatically end whenever you complete Flumbo's color, with the door behind you opening and Truffletoot stepping in. He first gazes at you, until he then spots Flumbo on the board. Truffletoot will then punch you into the other room out of anger, with you somehow surviving, but you remote being broken.

You will then engage in a boss battle with him, where you have to run around the hallways collecting a ring of key cards similar to how in GoBB 0 you collects a ring of key cards. While you do this, Truffletoot will roam the hallways with his bright purple light, meaning you can see him coming from pretty far away. If he gets too close, your vision will become blurrier and blurrier, until you practically can't see. Moments later he will jumpscare you. Once you make it out of the fight, the door will then quickly shut, with Truffletoot then slamming on the door begging to be let out.

The area will end with you in a security office next to a flight of stairs that leads back to floor 7. Watching the feed will show The Abomination causing havoc in the Givanium Vat rooms. After viewing the cameras, you will then go up the staircase to the next area.
Transportation Sector
The Transportation Sector was a prototype sector made by Syringeon as a way for the scientists and creatures to get to every floor and sector quickly and efficiently, with it quickly backfiring. All that is left is broken tram cars and busted elevators, with them being functional enough for you to move around in the area.

At the beginning of the area, you will replace your key card ring with a Master Card, which will let you pass through any door you please, if it is still functioning. You will then have to complete 3 puzzles that utilize this and other mechanics. You will then fight the last member of the Reclamation Team from 8, known as Kat the Hare.

In the Kat boss fight, she will hop around the area very quickly, until after 5 seconds, she will take a 5 second break. You will have to avoid her jumping, if you get caught in her path, you will die. When she takes a breather, she will be in a door frame, allowing you to crush her. You will have to do this 3 times, each time she gets faster and faster, and harder to catch up with. Luckily, her breather time will also be increased by 0.5 seconds each time, making it a bit easier.

After that battle, Kat will then be crushed by the last door, spraying givanium everywhere. You will have to complete 2 more puzzles to get an elevator to the Vat rooms working. Once you do that and go up, you will then engage in one last chase sequence with Brushista to get to a tram needed to get to the vat rooms. After you successfully escape her, you will then go on the tram over the seemingly endless void.
The Vat Rooms (Final Boss)
Midway through the tram, an alert will then pop up on the announcement screen, saying an object is incoming. Moments later, The Abomination will crash onto the tram track, breaking it. A cut scene will then ensue, with the screen saying your route is being diverted and will be complete momentarily. In that time, The Abomination prepares to pounce on the car, until Zolphious erupts from the void, stopping him in his path. Zolphious will then mutter gibberish as he headbutts and blocks the beast with his giant face. Moments before the track has been fully rerouted, Zolphious gets pinned down and eaten by The Abomination, resulting in his death.

With Zolphious saving your life and allowing you to continue the tram route, you will then arrive at the Primary Vat Room, 1 of 4 (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, and Quaternary). You will then have to complete 3 puzzles, one in each Vat Room, until you reach the 4th.

The Quaternary Vat Room will begin with Varzah making his last appearance, with him quickly dying to The Abomination breaking in through the wall and eating him alive. The beast will then make the loud scream shown in the trailer, and one final chase sequence will begin. After the chase, you will then be in a short lull in between sections of the fight, until you then enter the "Floor Hub" room. When you enter there, the "Surface Floor" elevator will come crashing down, with The Abomination hanging off the edge. The elevator will then stop, and the "Floor 2" elevator will come down, with it quickly jumping to that elevator as the first one begins to fall. After that short demonstration cut scene, random elevators will starts falling and stopping and falling, with The Abomination jumping to them. This is the start of the final boss fight.

There are 2 phases in the fight. The first phase has you having to use the master key card to have the elevators go down early, causing The Abomination to fall and hit his head. He will then get up and run toward the next elevator, which will intentionally stay down longer so it could get up. You will have to stay away from his path if you don't want to die. After repeating this 4 times, the second phase will begin. All of the elevators will even out, will The Abomination staying in the little hallway the elevator was in. He will then charge up a run, and will dash to the other side. You will have to use your card again to cause the elevators to abruptly rise, causing it to hit its head again. After repeating this 3 times, The Abomination will then run back to the "Surface Floor" elevator, with it making one last scream until 2 whole elevators crush it and send it down into the abyss.
Ending and Secrets
The end of the game will have the "Floor 8" elevator lower, and you going in and descending into the penultimate level of the Garten, where all of the truths of truths will be found.

The main secret room that can be found in this game is in the Mutant Sector of floor 8, where if you find the right key card, you can enter it and find the secret. The room will be a strange subway station looking place, with the opposite wall being knocked down to show a small cave system behind it. On another one of the walls, the words "She is all we have left, embrace the mother" will be scribbled in red, with a crude drawing of The Nannie behind it. Indicating that The Nannie will play a major part in the next game.
