Save games

if you already have a save game and constructed megastructures dismantling them will not free up the celestial body due exciting flags, could manual remove them or just ignore them and accept you cannot build there anymore on that save game.

Overview
Rework Megastructures Limits and Dismantle removes many limits to megastructures, ability to build them and adding the ability to dismantle them.

Rework Limits
One per empire are removed (Except for Sentry Array)
One Per system is removed for all(Still limit 1 per celestial body to prevent bugs)
Dyson Swarm/Sphere can now be build in multi star systems and no longer remove terraforming candidates or habital worlds
Dyson Swarm/Sphere, Ring world and Mega Shipyard can be build on same single star system. (easiest to build Dyson last)
Dyson Swarm and Arc Furance can be build in the same system.(normal restrictions still apply)
Matter Decompressor if you lucky enough to obtain the great wound system

Number is megastructure that can be build at once still game default.

Dismantle
All megastructures can be dismantled
Dismantle time is 1 year.
At any stage of the megastructure can be dismantled. ( Every extra stage time to dismantle is + 1 year)
Cost are Energy Credits equal to total alloy spend.
Alloys refund are equal of total spend Alloys

Exceptions
Orbital Rings can be dismantled but its a little wonky. because Orbital Rings turns into a Star base you need to downgrade like any start base till its gone, after that you need to dismantle megastructure it self. Normally this is done by game it self but due blockers need to be made and place this was only workable solution.
Ring Worlds can only be dismantled at the first stage, after that they are turned in to separate sections and further they turn into planets.

Supported mods
Real Space ( Blocking over sized star to prevent glitching Dyson Swarm/Sphere to be half inside the star and block any multi star systems with one of these stars I might revisit this later to be star based only for multi star systems

Bugs
There are some things by base game I could not resolve, Like Matter Decompressor has no target selection, Dyson Sphere showing star resources after stage 3 again.

Mod looks great, will the AI also place multiple structures in the same system/build duplicates as well, or is this limited to only the player?

what if we make it a little bit harder for that terraforming part ? what if any planet in that kind of system will gona be turn to it cold version ( still habitable if it was befor ) but befor player build last stage or when it build itself you could make planetary decisions to build global artificial lighting

Make it cost like 1,000 alloys, and it would make building a Dyson sphere in your capital possible, but resonably more expensive.
NOW we talking. I used giga in past for exacly same reason - build all vanilla megastructures in one single system, because its easier to obtain and protect.
