[re-upload] Thorek's Proven Tools skill switch - Seeking Bolt Throwers and Burning Grudge Throwers

This is a new version of my previous mod of the same name.
Does exactly the same thing, but is now a little more savegame compatible. However, if you're already using the other mod AND have put a point in Thorek's "Proven Tools", you will lose that skillpoint. Which is why I'm doing a re-upload instead of updating the mod, to not mess with anyone's campaign.

So to make it clear
- If you're using the previous version AND already have a point in Proven Tools, just keep using that mod for the rest of the campaign, it works fine.
- Anyone else, use this one. You can enable/disable it in an ongoing campaign with no issue.


Very straightforward. In vanilla, Proven Tools gives Grudge Throwers in Thorek's army the Rune of Seeking, and Bolt Throwers in Thorek's army the Rune of Burning. This mod switches that around, Rune of burning for Grudge Thrower and Rune of Seeking for Bolt Throwers.

Felt like that made a little more sense.
