Before accusing someone of cheating, consider, maybe you have problems with your internet connection? Or maybe the host is having issues? Maybe it's just not worth playing in this lobby and look for another one?

As practice shows, the connection quality indicator next to each player does not always tell the truth. Sometimes, it shows full bars for all players, but the desync doesn't go anywhere, it's just there. Maybe someone at the host's house is watching an online cinema, so their router is overloaded, and you have desync because of this.

Or it could be just bugs in the NetCode (the module responsible for players synchronization).
