Diet up to Awareness Strenght 30
Each dish in the game belongs to one of the following categories:
1. Base diet;
2. Meat;
3. Fruits and vegetables;
4. Beverage;
5. Hobby.




At the same time, a character can have 5 bonuses from dishes (1 from each category) and a 6th bonus from cigars (available for crafting after 30 Awareness Power).

The best diet before 30 Awareness Power:

1. The basis of the diet is Quinoa porridge (crit. damage +5%, body experience +100% for 20 minutes);
2. Meat - Good dried meat (max. HP +100, attack +5 for 20 minutes);
3. Fruits and vegetables - Pumpkin salad (max. stamina +10 for 20 minutes);
4. Drink - Juice (increases poison resistance by 10 for 20 minutes);
5. Hobby - Fruit wine (+3% damage for 20 minutes, and the maximum morale stops decreasing for 20 minutes), you can also use Mezcal (+3% crit chance. and the same morale bonus, but for 10 minutes)
Diet after 30 Awareness Strenght (30-60)



1. The basis of the diet:
- Quinoa with seafood (Crete. damage +10%, body experience +200% for 30 minutes, best used when leveling the body or killing bosses);
- Fried potato bun (+80 to the maximum character load for 30 minutes, can be used for hiking for resources);
2. Meat - Smoked ham (max. HP +200, attack +10 for 30 minutes);
3. Fruits and vegetables - Roasted piece of pumpkin (max. stamina +20 for 30 minutes);
4. Drink:
- Juice;
- Hot cocoa (cold resistance +10 for 20 minutes);
- Iced cocoa (fire resistance +10 for 20 minutes);
- Mate (-5 radiation and poison resistance +20 for 30 minutes, can be used when killing a frog or when exploring the plateau to reduce radiation);
5. Hobby:
- Mead (+6% damage, and maximum morale stops decreasing for 30 minutes);
6. Cigar - resistance to crit. damage + 10%, restores 7.5 morale for 30 seconds and reduces max. morale by 0.25.
