We'll start with...

「」Kills

War Zone:
Killed 1000 Baddies

Best way to do this hold "Q" then go to the NPCs tab once there click "Combine" the right click the Metro Police and just spawn them til you begin to lag then take them out with an explosive such as the RPG. Do this until you have killed 1000 of them.

Bad Friend:
Kill 1000 friendly NPCs

There are 2 ways to do this, one relying on the workshop and another relying on you to do all the work.

Garry's mod has this thing called "saves", you can load these saves from the main menu. In the steam workshop, you are able to search these saves up.
Go ahead and search "Bad Friend Achievement" while having the "Save" content type selected. There should be multiple, select any that looks good to you (preferably ones that is in a map you have & has NPCs you have).
After you find one, subscribe/install it and load it from the main menu.
Load into a single-player game.
After loading in, kill them all with explosives or whatever you want, and the achievement should unlock.

OR...

Load into a single-player game, map doesn't matter.
Spam a bunch of Friendly NPCs, and then kill them repeatedly. You cannot spawn enemies such as combine or Wallace Breen. I suggest spawning Dr. Kliener since he doesn't move.
Kill them using anything that shoots things.

DO NOT!!

Do this in multi-player, I am not sure if it will work, but if you would like to try, do it in your own server, or a friend's server. Not any public ones, as they usually have a restriction on NPC spawning or they will kick/ban you for spamming.
Kill unfriendly NPCs such as the Combine, zombies, Wallace Breen, etc.
Use the tool gun or clean up commands.
Use entities as weapons, usually they don't count.
Waste your time by killing NPCs with high health. Stick with low health NPCs.

Innocent Bystander:
Kill 1000 innocent animals

For this achievement you have to kill 1,000 of any Animal NPC. I chose to do this in Singleplayer.
Load up any map, hold Q, select NPCs, then Animals.
The four Animal NPCs are as follows:
Crow
Pigeon
Seagull
Father Grigori

I chose the pigeons and spawned a ton in one area of the map I was using. If you don't have a decent PC I don't suggest spawning in too many. My frames dropped from 60 to 7 after having around 500+ pigeons on the ground.

「」Playing?

Play Singleplayer:
Play singleplayer at least once

Launch Game, Press "Start New Game", Choose Any Map, and Wait for game to load.

Play Multiplayer:
Play multiplayer at least once

Launch Game, Press "Find Multiplayer Game", Choose Random Gamemode, Choose Random Server, and Press "Join Server".

Play Around:
Play a gamemode that isn't sandbox

Launch Game, Press "Addons", Press "Trending", Press "Gamemodes", Hover Your Mouse on Random Gamemode You Like and Press "Install", Press "Back To Main Menu", Press "Sandbox", Choose Gamemode You Downloaded, Press "Start New Game", Choose Random Map, and Launch It.

Friendly:
Play with 10 friends

How to get this achievement
Step 1. Have friends and that's how you get this achievement!

Map Loader:
Play 20 different maps

Launch Game, Press "Addons", Press "Trending", Press "Maps", Hover Your Mouse on the Map and Press "Install", Do Same Thing for Another 19 Maps, Press "Back To Same Menu", and Launch Maps You Downloaded in Order You Like.

Yes, I am the real garry!:
Play on the same server as garry

You can get it by playing with a bugged account that has the same accountid as Garry or using an achievement manager. Otherwise it’s impossible since he quit playing.

Startup Millenium:
Start Garry's Mod 1000 times

Just play the game and you will get that achievement at some point, open and close it after it loads 1000 times in steam, and create batch script which will open and close game for you

「」Playtime

Half Marathon:
Play on the same server & map for 4 hours

Marathon:
Play on the same server & map for 8 hours

Another one of those achievements where you leave your computer on while you sleep or work or...play the game.

Simply Load into a Single-Player or Multi-Player game, preferably Single-Player, and be in the game for 4-8 hours. The game cannot be paused either.

One Day:
24 hours of your life wasted

For starters, if you play this on single player, on any map,for 24 Hours (a day). the achievement might pop up at some point.

One Week:
One whole week of your life wasted

One Month:
One whole month of your life wasted

Addict:
You have wasted a year of your life playing GMod!

There is really only 2 ways to get this:
Get your old pc, download game on it and just put it in your basement to run one map for a whole year or a week

Buy cloud server with windows and download steam on it, download garry's mod and leave it to play the game for a year or a week
Just kidding unless you actually wanna do that then good on ya, for the sane of us lets do this the easy way.

In your Steam library, right-click Garry's Mod and go to Properties > Set Launch Options and put in the following commands:

-noborder -windowed -novid -nosound -nojoy -noipx -nopreload -nod3d9ex -low -textmode -insecure +sv_lan 1 +map gm_flatgrass +achievement_debug 1

This will run the game while using the least amount of resources possible, the "achievement_debug 1" command will tell you your progress toward the achievement in the console.

「」Workshop

10 Thumbs:
Your Workshop uploads got 10 thumbs

100 Thumbs:
Your workshop uploads got 100 thumbs

1000 Thumbs:
Your Workshop uploads got 1000 thumbs

Unlike Mega Upload achievement, the 10-1000 Thumbs total can be spread out across multiple workshop uploads. In theory, you can upload up to 1000 uploads and like them yourself, or less if you have enough dedicated friends to help you like each of them.

Mega Upload:
Get 1000 thumbs on a single upload (then go to jail)

Unlike 1000 Thumbs achievement, the 1000 thumbs for Mega Upload have to obtained on a single upload. Getting them may be a challenging task if you don't make a popular upload. Some people had luck with uploading popular high resolution wallpapers. You can also promote your achievement in certain threads.

「」Spawn Menu

Procreator:
Spawn 1000 NPCs

You can obtain this by spawning 1000 NPCs (Friendly or Enemy) in any game mode. I chose singleplayer as it's more stable and I could spawn quite a bit of NPCs without crashing the server. I went for this by spawning a ton of pigeons in a small area as I was working towards the Innocent Bystander achievement.

Dollhouse:
Spawn 2000 ragdolls

Creator:
Spawn 5000 props

Destroyer:
Remove 5000 things

There are a couple ways of doing this:

1.) Spawn a bunch of props and use the remover tool on the tool gun to remove them. Preferably, spam a bunch and then remove them all using the remover tool.

2.) Go to the steam workshop and look for dupes that are already made for this achievement. The only downside to this is if you have a low-end computer. It could have too much props for your computer to handle, but it doesn't hurt to try. After finding one, subscribe/install it and then use your removal tool on them.

Menu User:
Open the spawnmenu 100,000 times

Before attempting this achievement, make sure you have garrys mod in a WINDOW and NOT Full screen.
This can be done by going to Options > Video

Now create a new world (gm_flatgrass)
Type the following into console

alias menuloop "+menu;-menu;menuloop"
menuloop

Then MINIMIZE the window. Wait 15 minutes then go into task manager and close out Garrys Mod. (Ctrl + Alt + Del) cause it will be lagging like sh*t

「」Player Actions

Ball Eater:
Eat 200 balls

To get this you should start a game in single-player on any map.

I suggest finding a rather small house or hallway to keep the balls in one space. Hold Q to open your spawn menu, select the Entity tab at the top, choose 'Fun + Games' and spam click the Bouncy Balls. Press E on the balls to "eat" them.

Popper:
Burst 1000 balloons

To get this you should start a game in single-player on any map.

Hold Q to open your spawn menu and select the Balloon option on the right side. You can select any model balloon for this and I suggest you keep the rope size rather small so it doesn't go outside the skybox.

Spam balloons EVERYWHERE until you feel that you either have 1,000 or get tired of clicking. Spawn in any weapon you'd like and start shooting the balloons. I chose to use explosive weapons from the M9K - Specialties mod. After shooting or blowing up 1,000 balloons, the achievement will be yours.

「」Miscellaneous

Secret Phrase:
Say the secret phrase

In game, just open the chat (it's Y and U key), and type:
Bloxwich
Then, press Enter key and achievement will pop!

Bad Coder:
Experience 500 Lua programming errors

Lua Programming errors occur basically when a mod encounters an error.

So in order to get the achievement, download tons of mods and eventually at least one of them will have some sort of error occur. Throughout time, 500 of those will happen, and if you are lucky and the mod actually is complete garbage, then it may pop up quickly if the mod spams you with errors.
