Cyclops Sprite Replacer

Replaces the Cyclops Sprite with a Japanese Red Oni.
Not lore accurate, but i wanted to test out some new things, might as well upload it.
Ideally I would like to learn how to create new NPCs, but that's a bit outside my expertise.

Added a eye patch version so it fits more with the cyclops concept, if you want to replace it just rename the file by erasing the b at the end.
