aka 2005-2006 Pain pills

A much better and accurater version of my Terror Strike pain pills mod, say goodbye to the ugly Scum02 Texture!

A faithful recreation made by Oxxy of the Pain Pills seen in that one 2005 image of an old L4D build, back and compatible with reanimations
Tbh my original plan with this mod was use the actual 2006 model, but i suck ass at porting models so rip

All credits goes to Oxxy for making this texture, i just edited it to make it work on the vanilla model

I'm a bit late to respond to that but.. yeah.. they're my PSDs.. I made them for that exact reason lol, I wasn't sure what color it was and was probably messing around with them.

The Oxxy PSDs also has the different coloured labels including orange, green, and red, so maybe that is the case.

honestly I was pretty sure they did have a label but there's not a good shot of what it looked like and the jpegness makes it hard to see, there's clearly some sort of black lines or text and looks like some amount of orange, but I stopped working on those ages ago so I never finished it
