After talking to Mom about checking if the back door is locked, don't rush to lock it

Soon after, the home invader kills you
Oh The Horror! Get killed by the home invader.

After shooting the home invader, before taking it's mask off, go inside father's secret room (upstairs to the left), this is also where Rat #9 is found
Father's Hatred Enter your father's secret room.

After taking the home invader's mask off, don't shoot the alien and let it kill you
Caught sleeping Get killed by the alien.

I recommend doing a separate playthrough for this achievement, because the rats respawn if you fail and the last checkpoint makes Rat #8 in the dream room inaccessible. ScaR-x-FacE has a guide for the rat locations
