HUN '22 m62 diesel locomotive (razor train)

this mod replaces the combine's razor train with a ex-soviet built diesel locomotive from the 60's to the 70's.
they were taken into service during when the soviets forced hungary to use these locomotive types instead of the swedish nohabs known as the m61.
