Where to look
In order to find all 12 bananas, you will need to visit the following locations: lobby, as well as the "Bridge", "Underhigh", and "WaterPlant" maps. Each of these locations will contain three bananas. Below are screenshots of the locations where the bananas can be found.

It so happens that I don't have a screenshot of the location of the third banana, but if someone provides it to me, I will definitely add it.
