This is very simple, all you need to do is...

  • Locate Chronicon in your Steam Library and either Right Click it in the Library list, or click the little Cog icon.
  • Click Properties and go to the Betas menu.
  • At the very top, you can select a Beta to participate in. Here you select win_7.
  • Close the window and let Steam update the game.
  • All done!

Why isn't Windows 7 supported anymore?
  • The game engine does not support Windows 7 as of late 2024.
  • This means that any updates made to the game, using an up-to-date version of the game engine, will not work on Windows 7.
  • We are unfortunately not able to maintain and add updates with an older version of the engine, and as such we have created this branch where version 1.52.0 will sit forever, ready to be played on Windows 7.
