How to fix broken Audio in-game and main menu
By Starblazor
When launching the game, getting past the Start Screen and entering the Main Menu.
The Audio of the game will break and it will be more than obvious in-game that something is off with the audio ( weird Coca-Cola bottle sound quality, weird background noises ).

Here is how to fix it.

How to fix audio
1. Launch the game
2. Wait until the intro videos are over to access the Start Screen.

2. At the Start Screen. Press Alt+Tab and either turn off your WIFI or disconnect your Ethernet cable.
3. Return to the game. Press Start to access the Main Menu.

IMPORTANT - Do not re-activate internet in the main menu. If you do, the following message will appear: " Syncing multiplayer data " . And the audio will break again.

Alternatively.
You can try also to access Control Panel > Sound

Verify what device is currently being used as Default Communication device.
Double check which one is also Default Device

You can play with those in-game and verify if it fixes your issue.
You can even try adding NVIDIA Broadcast, if those options do not show up with only 1 available audio device on your system. Seems like they only appear when you have multiple devices connected to Windows 11.

I have no audio at all on my wireless headsets unless I do this. The problem is, after i reconnect to the internet to join a friends game, it has to connect and sync multiplayer data even to play campaign...anyone know a workaround to play online campaign and get the audio to work?

Yep, just tested this method and it works. But essentially you can't play online with good quality audio. Coalition, fix your game.
