How to disable bloom and depth of field

Right click on Gears Of War Reloaded in your steam lib - > Properties - > Browse local files - > Gears of War Reloaded\Engine\Config - > Open BaseEngineUserSettings.ini - > Search for DepthOfField, Bloom, QualityBloom - > Set it to FALSE

Enjoy the game without annoying filters!

Maybe the right file is
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Coalition\WarGame\Config
?
