@Cibo...no, it only removes the intro...as the file are in Movie folder, not the game settings. Its fine. Lot of people do this for their games with annoyingly long intro.

or just right click on the game on Steam > Properties... > General tab > Launch Options > and type -nostartupmovies inside the box
