Pineapple's Kandy

Adds the Kingdom of Kandy as ruled by Vimaladharmasuriya I! Also reflavors the existing Light in the East Sri Lanka mod to Polonnaruwa, if enabled.

The Kingdom of Kandy ruled central and south-eastern Sri Lanka for a little over 400 years. Originating as a client state of Sitawaka, Kandy vastly outlived it's predecessor. During those 400 years it fought both native and European adversaries, It's hilly interior and use of guerrilla tactics making Kandy a formidable foe. It took until 1815 for the kingdom to be annexed, but by then Kandy had been weakened and unstable, unable to fight at the strength it once had.

UA: Temple of the Sacred Tooth
Using an Inquisitor charge on your own city spreads your religion to all cities you have a Trade Route to. Religious pressure in foreign Cities increases by 20% for every Theming Bonus in the Capital.

UU: Kodithuwakkuwa
Replaces the Cannon. More expensive. +1 Movement when on a Hill tile. Gains a defensive bonus when moving between Hill tiles. May move after attacking if on a Hill.

UU: Wall Gunner
Replaces the Crossbowman. Stronger, more expensive, only 1 Range. Unlocks at Gunpowder instead, starts with the Bombardment Promotion. When Garrisoned in a City, gains +1 Range. Generates Faith on kills.
