[CIE] Type-1L 'Defiance' Mining Carrier

Taking heavy inspiration from one of the encounter ships added with update 1.206, this ship is officially designed to carry a small complement of mining craft to complete any mining operation throughout space. However, the addition of a refinery, assembler, and welder wall allow this ship to fulfill a wide variety of roles. CIE denies accusations of selling the ship to local piracy groups.
