How to bypass the unnecessary ugly launcher?

Copy the file path to Offworld.exe in the game's installation directory.
Right-click the game in your Steam library -> select Properties -> Under the General tab, paste the path into the Launch Options field and add %command% at the end.

Example:
"E:\Steam\steamapps\common\Offworld Trading Company\Offworld.exe" %command%

Steam will now launch the game directly, bypassing the launcher.
