The leveling system in Artis Impact is relatively simple. Each rank has a max level and once that level cap is reached Akane can get a rank up promotion by paying money at the Lilith Club. Simply talk to the Mini Comp (smiley face screen) to get the option to rank up. You will be rewarded an item along with your rank up promotion.

Below are the following Lilith Ranks currently available:

Rank 1 max level 30 cost of next rank up $600
Rank 2 max level 20 cost of next rank up $3400
Rank 3 max level 30 cost of next rank up $6400
Rank 4 max level 40

Aptitudes are acquired by performing certain actions or completing certain sidequest or objectives. These are the currently available Aptitudes that can be unlocked in Artis Impact. As of the time of this guide according to Mas there are 38 Apititudes that can be acquired. After the description will be the stats provided for acquiring said Aptitude.



Button Masher:
In the hidden Cave on the right just beside the Sand Cave. Press the first pod on the top to trigger the special event, then press the pod furthest in the cave. Afterward, button mash the top pod to trigger the Aptitude.

ATT:+1 DEF:+1

Bot Listener:
Remember the Scout Bot AI model: 0151-343 and recite it back to the police officer.

MaxHP:+2 MaxMP:+1 ATT:+1 DEF:+1

Proper woman:
Continue to work at Madam Yu's diner until a special event with Billy happens. This must be done BEFORE Billy is injured in the main story line.

MaxHP:+2 MaxMP:+1 ATT:+1 DEF:+1 AGI:+1

Sack Puncher:
Obtained from Sunnyside Bakery. Keep punching the bag until a special event triggers. Repeat two more times for the Apititude to appear.

NOTE: To punch use Shift + Z to switch to that mode or whatever is mapped to your controller to trigger the same function.

MaxHP:+4 MaxMP:+2 ATT:+1 DEF:+1

Candle Blower:
Madam Yu's diner event after working a few shifts.

MaxHP:+4 MaxMP:+1 ATT:+2 DEF:+2 AGI:+1

Glass Breaker:
Hit the fire alarm in the police station and pay the $200 fine.

MaxHP:+1 MaxMP:+1 ATT:+1 DEF:+1 AGI:+1

Coin Donor:
Buy a sandwich at Moris Mart and give it to the homeless person. Continue to donate $5 to the homeless person until the Aptitude appears (requires sleeping to reset state).

NOTE: Best to finish this first before triggering events related to Moris Mart and Madam Yu's Diner.

Well Expert:
Part of the main story you will head to the Maze. Go south when you first arrive at the Maze dungeon and examine the well twice for the special events.

NOTE: Finish this as soon as you get access to the Maze, as post game there is no way to come back to this region.

Pastimer:
Complete Leni's mini games by interacting with her after the tutorial which may need a sleep cycle to refresh each dialogue condition. (answers: Left, South, Head)

Heart of Gold:
Lose to Belle, and go to your home and sleep to trigger the event and get the Aptitude.

Rail Rider:
Ride the train from Blackwater to Silverlake as part of the main story.

Sit at the window spot on the train for a certain amount of time need train VIP access.

Sit at the bar stool on the train for a certain amount of time need train VIP access.

Train Warmer:
Unlock after getting all other 3 'Warmer' Aptitudes on the train

Fun Spoiler:
Choose 'Fast Travel' by talking to the Train Operator on the train.

Hot Tub Diva:
Part of the main story in the Mall dungeon, save the Materoid and Singleroid and buy the barrel from them. Go back one screen to the left to the rest area and move another screen left to the room to where the Gentleroid vendor is located. There a special event will occur where Akane will make a drum bath.

Lady Mystery:
Night City, in the Love Bed, continue to sleep there until it triggers three special events and finally Akane and Bot talk about Billy.

Snow Gorigo Slayer:
Random encounter via exploration. Due to the random nature, it is best to save scum this as you are limited to the number of times you can explore initially. Can be acquired post game also where there is no time constraints.

Businessgirl:
Special event, setup the lemonade machine and set a price.

Sit at the Meiji Spa upper deck near the Green Tea machine between 18:00-23:59. After getting the blanket from Bot, continue and sit there.

Snowfield Explorer:
Get all five location via scouting in the Meiji Spa region, specifically:
Frostwood
Frostwood B
Frostwood C
Fort Keep
Fort Keep Hill

Treasure Cracker:
Solve the five digit code puzzle in the Fort Keep Hill area (requires exploration)

ATT:+1 LUK:+1

Diligent Soldier:
Defeat all the enemies in each five areas in Meija Spa region, which includes the boss in Fort Keep Hill.

Onsen Queen:
Dip yourself in the onsen until a conversation with Bot occurs. May need to do this a few times.

Fighter:
Special event where the miner Viggo, will start picking fights in the spa area, defeat him to get the Aptitude.

Grandma's Favorite:
Special event on the weekend, help scrub Grandma's back.

Mischievous Queen:
This requires the completion of the Polar Bear subquest. Once the event is finished, interact with the uneaten canned food for another event. Enter the bear cave and exit, there will be a bot that will appear which triggers another special event.

Apex Predator:
Honeydew Forest, finish the chain event quest with the hunter and defeat the Brown Bear.

Miss Popular:
Get hit on by three guys in the Starfish Lagoon Hotel/Bar. I suggest finishing this even before you progress with finding the door key event.

NOTE: To ensure the events can be triggered, please book the VIP suite. These are three separate special events, so it is best to move between screens a few times to trigger them.

Key Finder:
Do not break the door down in the Starfish Lagoon, but instead follow a sequence of events and have the husband open the door and talk to the wife later on.

Open or Be Opened:
Break the door and ignore the subquest event on finding the key.

Lady Knows Better:
Starfish Lagoon Hotel/Bar, reserve the VIP suite, and at around 16:00 hours talk to Paul who is camping outside. Invite him to your room to sleep and trigger the event. Again do this before finishing the quest to open the door.

Constellation Master:
Silent Oak forest, prop the tent properly and convince Bot to watch the stars with you.

Lone Gazer:
Silent Oak forest, prop the tent properly and choose not to go with Bot to watch the stars. Essentially the opposite of Constellation Master.

Celebrity Chef:
Sandy Bay, finish the long pizza side quest, where you recruit Mario and have a successful pizza business.

The Finisher:
Sandy Bay, finish the Billy sidequest event.

Lady's Intuition:
Sandy Bay, let yourself be defeated by Billy in the fight.
