first download the following two 32 bit files or the following two 64 bit files:

you will also need somthing that can extract zip files, i recommend 7zip which can be found here:

next install the 7z.exe you just downloaded than after it gets done installing

extract the 2 files to there own folders or the desktop your choice.

the 2 files we care about in those folders are the .dll files

the first one is called msvcr120.dll

and the other is msvcp120.dll

ok so first open steam than go to library
than go to your superdimension neptune vs sega hard girls game and right click on the name of the game than go down to properties than goto local files and click on browse next a new window or folder should pop up,
next take the two .dll files we mentioned earlier and move them into that new window or folder
next you can close that window
and than start up your sega hard girls game like you would any other game and if everything went well it should work now.
