Introduction
Well hello people, if you are here, i guess you want a specific achievement or just 100% the game just like me? Well guess what, its souldraining. Some of the sweatiest game to ever exist, which make some people rage quit.
(I'm here writing a guide and i still don't have all the achievements.... gotta keep some sanity)

But here we are and i will explain to you (at least try) how to get each achievement based on previous guides, some Veteran players and from my own experience.
Escaping and Respawn Achievements
As you would expect: The goal of the game is to escape the complex and elliminate the SCP's and the hostile humans so let's dive into it

Lights Out
Probably the first ever achievement you gonna get. If you are a newbie, you might get killed in the first minute without knowing where you are, which class you are or even what killed you.
You will probably spawn as an MTF soldier and you get the achievement.
Alternatively: if you spawn as a Scientist and if you manage to escape the facility (going on the surface), you will respawn as a soldier of the Nine-Tailed Fox. This can also unlock the achievement.
IF you are a class-D (those worthless orange prisoniers), you can become a MTF if you escape while being detained (by either an other MTF or a armed scientist)


We of Delta Command...
Its also possible,that when you join a game, you spawn as the ennemies of the MTF (and scientists and guards). The Chaos Insurgency, same as the previous one, you spawn as this class you get the achievement. You can also get the achievement if you succeed to escape as a Class-D (without being detained)






It's Always Left, Brothers!
Pretty straightfoward, you need to escape as a class-D make sure to get a high level card to open the doors to freedom. You spawn in Light Zone, from there you need to take the elevator to Heavy zone, then to the entrance (lots of desks) and finally to surface.






For Science!
Same as Class-D you need to escape the facility, you start at the same zone as the Prisoners.










Escape Artist
This one, might be tricky, as you need to be the first to escape the facility. But don't worry... people managing to escape are close to none...so when you escape your first time ever, you might be the only one escaping in the game anyways.


CARD related achievements
Executive Access
You need to get a card to escape the facility (preferably with the adequate authorizations). So why not get the Maximum Access Keycard so you can open everything that is locked in the facility (might be for guns, open doors or get access to SCP items)
For this you will first need to find a random garbage card in your zone (considering you spawn as Class-D) the other classes have their own card but as the class-D, they need to upgrade it. To do it, you need to use the SCP-914 which is to convert your items to another different one then you pick it up (its in Light zone). I reccomend using the "Fine" sequence to upgrade your card do it 2-3 times and you have it.

Friendship
When you are a scientist, and you are in the SCP-914 room, when upgrading, you might see the prisoners joining you to upgrade their cards. Doing it once and you get the achievement.








Access Granted

YOU MONSTER, you did it because you are adopted right? Fine by me, its pretty easy to get, you just need to find a gun, find a scientist holding his keycard.... and without mercy, you kill him and at the same time take the Keycard. You should get it :D


Special Class-D / Scientist and soldiers achievements
Those achievements are only possible as either the prisonners or the nerds


... You Thinking What I'm Thinking?
Well... if you thought about killing a scientist... maybe you should get a gun. After all we are in USA. You might find 1-2 in the light zone, a few in Heavy or on a random corpse and of course without mentioning the armories (but you will need a card to open them)











Property of the Chaos Insurgency

Its a tough one, you start as a nobody without a card. In the end, you need to escape with AT LEAST two SCP items (every SCP item is locked inside a glass box and need to be unlocked with a good card). It can be any SCP item EXCEPT the candy bowl in the Light containement Zone, this doesn't count as SCP item. And i woudn't try with the SCP weapons, everyone wants them and you need an even better card to get them (generaly a level 5 card)

If you want something done right..
Easy to understand but not practically possible. You need to kill an SCP as a scientist. Only thing i would reccomend and it might work : Start the game--> rush to upgrade your card--> go heavy--> find a SCP gun locker---> with these guns you might stand a better chance alone against an SCP (any SCP counts but i would recommend killing the Zombies from SCP-049). You might as well try to survive long enough with a basic gun in your hand, waiting for the MTF for assistance.
But if you want to be John wick, i would reccomend taking the MIcro HID which is the best gun to kill.



They Are Just Resources...

Killing 1 scientist as a prisonner feels like you did the worst thing in your entire life. Killing (or detaining) 50 prisoners feels like a warcrime... but who cares you are part of the governement ;D.
Get a gun, find a class-D detain or kill... do it on 50 different class-D ( it accumulates, you don't need to do it in one game only). (Click "E" to detain... just in case)



Change in Command

This one is missleading. You need to detain an MTF as the enemy team. I DETAINED AS A CHAOS INSURGENCY BUT IT DIDN'T WORKED, Class-D seems to work but i don't know if its a bug or just like this. Get a big A$$ gun, MTF needs to cooperate and put his gun down, and you detain. You might get some fun with him afterwards^^









Secure. Contain. Protect.


As the MTF soldier, you need to be the MTF who killed the last SCP in the game, go with you squad so they do damage and try giving the final blow. Take stronger guns as the ones your sergeant or captain have, the best would be the ones in the Heavy lockers or rooms, like SCP-127 or the Micro HID.







On Speaking Terms


As the Chaos insurgents, you need to find a radio, you can find one on the facility or on the MTF corpse. Quick tip, most of the MTF drop their radio at the spawn to their elevator, so you can just pick one their as it is the closest to your spawn point aswell. Take it and speak on the radio, when an MTF responds then you get your achievement.












Overtime
Okay... i know i'm retarded, i said "Special Class-D/ Scientist achievements" so why tf is this stupid guard achievement here?

Well guess what, its the only Guard achievement and i'm to lazy to create a whole section just for this.....and its absolutely dogsh!t
SO ANYWAYS... as a guard site, you JUST need to survive the whole game, quite difficult... but hey you spawn in Entrance, might be good.... well not really, my idea is to upgrade my equipment in light zone go back to surface (TO MTF SPAWN NOT CHAOS) and stick with the biggest group. You might survive sticking together for the whole game. I tried and got unlucky at the last min.



Miscelanious achievements
These are achievements that don't require a specific SCP item or class to do it. You just... DO IT


T-Minus 90 seconds...

Quit easy to understand, you need to survive the warhead. At some point in a game, a player or several will activate the warhead, OR the game activates itself at some point with the "DEAD MAN SEQUENCE". Giving you 90 secondes to go back on surface (no card required to open the final door as its an urgency). You need to be on SURFACE every other zone will be doomed (Light/Heavy/entrance WILL BE DESTROYED).





That was... close.

When it has been activated by players, everyone should go to surface. If you want to "save the day" or ruin the plan of the players who activated it, you can go by yourself to the warhead room, which is in the Heavy zone. Just wait in the warhead room in Heavy Containment until somebody on the outside activates the countdown, then cancel the countdown between 10 and 15 seconds. This 5-second interval is the only time you can cancel it, as detonation becomes inevitable when the clock falls below 10 seconds. KEEP IN MIND : if the game activated the "DEAD MAN SEQUENCE" its impossible to cancel the detonation.




Ha! I didn't even feel that! AND Walk It Off















Both can be obtained at the same time, If you spawn as any human, acquire adrenaline which can be obtained in medic boxes, upgraded in SCP-914 room (pills--> medikit-->adrenaline--> SCP-500 with the "fine" programming. Or on a random body, you go to surface and on top of the bridge where the Chaos spawn. Use the adrenaline and straight attempt suicide.Be sure to be in full health before doing this and additionally as you spawn as a chaos with adrenaline on the surface you can immediately jump from the bridge rail and survive.




Is This Thing On?


Spawn as a human, easier if you are facility guard as you have the right card to access the room. To do this achievement, you need to be in "Intercom" which is in the Entrance zone, unlock the door, go in the room and speak on the giant computer for at least a second, everyone will hear you in the game and will know that you are in intercom. But hey, you might get killed by a Sweaty SCP player but at least you got the achievement :D.
SCP specific items
You need to get a precise SCP item to have and using it to get the achievements.


Crisis Averted


Pretty simple, you can either have SCP-500 in a glass locker or upgrade it from pills-->medkit-->adrenaline--> SCP-500 in the SCP-914 room. To get the achievement YOU NEED TO GET HIT could be fall damage, hit by SCP or gun wound. If you lost health, use it and you get the achievement and your health will be restored in a second.



High on the Wings of Caffeine


To get the achievement, you need to escape, while having the effects of SCP-207. This SCP is a bottle of Cola, when you drink it you have a boost of Endurance which is a life saver against hostiles, but at the cost of reducing your health per second. You can accumulate the colas up to three but you will lose 4 health points per second ( basically you are a drugged athlete who needs medkits to survive running). Drink only one, its enough. You just need to escape keep the rest (works as class-D and scientists).




Rule Breaker



Very Easy to do it. You need to eat 3 candies from the candy bowl in Light zone. TAKE ONLY TWO CANDIES IN THE BOWL if you take a third one, you die.... Just ask a fellow scientist or class-D who also took his share of candy to give you one (or find a candy on a recently deceased person) . You eat the three candies and you get the achievement



Think Fast!


SCP-018 is a ball that increases speed as it bounces, killing people at the speed of light when it hits. You find it in a glass box, when you throw it in a room, it can destroy doors and kill SCP's on a few hits, at the end it destroys itself. You just hope to pass without getting killed. I got lucky as i died with my ball in the spawn elevator and someone got killed, try the same by throwing it in a room frequently passed by humans like elavators at spawn or checkpoint room.




Hats Off to You!


So fun to use, SCP-268 is a stylish hat, when you put it on. Nobody can see you except two players (SCP-939 who can hear you and a player who has SCP-1344 which i will tell later). It only works for short period of time and you can't take anything in your inventory or the effects stops. Be sure to be full health and your gun needs to be loaded, use the item, go around an enemy player and quick draw your gun to kill.




Hawkeye


As i said above, only two people can still see you. SCP-939 called the dog but also a player who has SCP-1344 also called "the glasses" they are OP, when you wear them you can see your allies and enemies through walls, giving you an advantage to flee or fight BUT DON't REMOVE THE GLASSES, YOU WILL DIE . Its a luck based achievement because an ennemy player needs to use the hat while you are at range to see him trough the walls. What i advice (and it might work) is to find both items. and when you see an ennemy drop the hat where he is going and force him to use the item. If he uses it you can still see him and you will get the achievement




Afterlife Communicator


Really easy to use, you need to contact the dead using SCP-1576. Its like a gramaphone, you take it from a glass box, charge it and then you can speak to all the current dead players. Some of them are retared and give strange noises while others give you information on the current alive players, SCP's and other. Whatever you start the thing and get the achievement.






Signal Lost


You might get "lucky" based on the SCP's who are on the map. you need to cut SCP-079’s connection using SCP-2176. SCP-079 is a computer who can reveal position of the humans to the SCP and lock doors, elevate elevators, activate tesla doors twice and other annoying sh!t. SCP-2176 is a "ghost lightbulb" and when you drop it or throw it, everything shut's down and closes for a few precious seconds. You just need to throw it when the computer is in the same room as you. To see when he is there, you need to look on the cameras ( RED--> not there, BLUE--> he is in the room)








Tooth and Nail


SCP-127 is a gun who yaps a lot and might reveal your position, but who cares... you don't have a girlfriend/boyfriend anyways and at least it is useful, as it gives a little protection and increases damage at each kill. You still need to get a high level card to unlock it (Facility manager or Level 5 card). You get the gun and you need to achieve 1500 damage with this gun to have the two levels OR you need to get 10 KILLS
Try to survive lmao

Don't Blink

You need to successfully evade SCP-173, also called peanut. Its a big nut who can move every 3 seconds if you look at him, however if you don't look at him he moves at the speed of light. The best way to evade him, either you are with your allies and while they shoot and get killed, you flee like a fool. Or if you are alone, you can always try to take the elevator before he goes in.


Proceed With Caution


Self explanatory, successfully pass through a Tesla gate that SCP-079 is monitoring. SCP-079 is the annoying computer who can activate them, you need to be faster than him, trick the player or pass the gate while he is looking at something else in the room.







He’ll Be Back...

When playing, you might make contact with ennemy SCP-106 called the "old man" when he hits you, you are teleported in his "pocket dimension" and slowly lose health. You have several paths and one of them puts you back in the game not far from where you got hit (the others lead to you demise). You just need to be lucky. Their seem to be no way to look which one is the correct one.






Complete the Mission


Really tough to get, as you need to end the mission as the last member of your team. The easiest way to get it, would be to play a low player server (like 6 people for example) and play as the only SCP in the game. You kill everyone and you will get it.
SCP monsters achievements
To get those achievements, you need to play as an SCP or even a specific one.

Anomalously Efficient


As an SCP, get a kill within the first minute of the game is really easy to get. You will probably spawn in Heavy zone, The closest are the facility guards who are at the checkpoint at entrance and will probably rush (either to go to light or do damage) rush to them or in light zone for a quick kill.


Melancholy of Decay


As a human needs to survive the pocket dimension earlier, as an SCP you need to throw them in the dimension WHEN you emerged from the ground. There are two types of "teleportation" you either do it manually and move faster or in one click at a precise point of the map. Do it manually as you can follow the humans and still see them where they plan to go. Try to do it on a relatively unaware human to surprise him (when he customise his gun, or waits for the elevator) .


I'll Pass, Thanks

As an SCP, kill someone who's charging or firing the Micro H.I.D, surprise them or be faster than them (SCP-096 would be best if he looked in the eyes), if they started to shoot you its already a fail. you need to be really close. Depending on the player and his skills you might get it.




My Cure Is Most Effective...


As SCP-049, you need to cure 10 people. Basically when a person dies, you have a few seconds to revive him as a zombie ( even revive a zombie who died from bullet wound) you need to do it 10 times. I would recommend to be with a fellow SCP monster, he does the killing and you revive on the background ( it takes time to revive) in the end if you do this while not being attacked when you revive. You will get the achievement.





Amnestic Ambush


As SCP-939, kill a player under the effects of your Amnestic Cloud using Lunge. What it basically says, is that you need to create your cloud at a specific location where humans go ( pressing F to create it) prepare your jump and when a player passes you get the kill. Keep in mind that SCP-939 also called " the dog" is blind and can only hear players and objects moving. Do it on a checkpoint or elevator or behind a random door. i got lucky as someone was not moving (thought he was hiding) and i created the cloud and jumped. You might get the same luck as me.
GUNS and KILLS
Here are the achievements moslty related to specific weapons or kills you need to do.


Fire In The Hole!

You need to get a kill using a grenade, you either get one if you spawn as a sergeant or captain as MTF or find one in the armories of the facility. Throw the grenade when you see a group of ennemies and try not getting killed ( and your teamates if friendly fire is ON)




Mutually-Assured Destruction


When you unpinned your grenade but got killed, you might get the chance to kill somebody as well. People might wait to kill you when you are in the elevator so unpin your grenade and run on the enemies like certain radical people in 2001.




Pacified

Kill SCP-096 while it’s entering rage. Its really hard, as considered that when you look at him you have 90% of dying when he is in rage. Stick with a big group and blast him with all the firepower you have. The better the gun the best chances, you might get lucky as me when me and a bro got out of the pocket dimension and killed this SCP with our regular guns.




Microwave Meal



Kill an SCP with the Micro H.I.D, no explanation here, its the best gun. Imagine having a Tesla laser that you found in Heavy zone ( needing full armory access to open the door for it AND the gun needs a few secondes to load when using it ) taking a bit of power, and when its released ( preferably on the SCP) enormous damage you might use it 1-2 times before its empty so chose carfully your moment. when you cancel the charge you still lose a bit of power and it become un-usable after its empty.




Overcurrent


At one point you might see the MICRO. HID being empty, to bad you can't use it anymore except to get an achievement. When the weapon is at 0% find a tesla gate in heavy zone, equip your empty gun, and run into the tesla gate. YOU WILL DIE... but you get the achievement.








Be Polite. Be Efficient. AND LMGG




You need to have 5 kills in 30 seconds and get 3 kills with the LMG without releasing the trigger. I actually got both achievements when i was fully prepared to kill humans on spawn. However you can also play as SCP-096 be seen by at least five people and kill them nearly instantly when in rage. And for LMG you can wait at a checkpoint or when you see an enemy group you just shoot without stopping.

Undead Space Program


Kill an instance of 049-2 using a charged hit with the Jailbird. The 049-2 is one of the zombie of SCP-049 (also a player) he does 20 damage per hit and has unlimited stamina as other SCP (not all of them). The jailbird is a special melee weapon, left click to quick hit, but on this case, your need to "charge" your attack, right click for a few secondes and release. You will run at the speed of light to where you pointed your attack. YOU ONLY HAVE 2-3 CHARGE ATTACK BEFORE IT EXPLODES so find a zombie if SCP-049 is in the game and charge on him. Killing him instantely.




Arizona Ranger



You need to get a headshot kill with a Revolver from over 25 meters away. I only have two options in mind. Either you spawn as facility guard (or scientist) take a gun, upgrade until its a revolver in the upgrade room talked previously ( in light zone). Detain a Class-D ask him to be far away and shoot on him. Or be any class and shoot on a enemy at spawn who is AFK




Army of One


In a single life, get 4 kills using 4 different weapons.Its really hard to get, as you can die from one shot at any moment. the best moment would be in early game, if you spawn as facility guard, you spawn with one gun, you can take a second one in heavy (pistol) and go in light zone, kill two Class-D with your first two guns, upgrade those guns in the upgrade room (don't forget the ammo) and kill two other Class-D with those two other guns. (well its my idea but glad to share it). The other option would be a very sweaty pro player with no life, choice is yours :D




Trilateral Termination


In a single life, kill three enemy players with the 3-X Particle Disruptor. As sweaty as the previous achievement but more complicated as you only have 5 shots available in this particular gun. You can also find it in the guns locker box ( same as jailbird) and you have two mods: " burst to fire" and " desintegration", burst to fire is quicker but deals less damage and desintegration is the opposite. You need to be careful. take the glasses and the hat SCP items to see when the players are coming and not being seen to get them from behind. you can also try your shot at the MTF spawn but very risky
EVENT BASED
You only get them if you play at a certain period of the year.
