This is how to make a windmill from wooden vertical ladders.
By Cat-omay
The assembly process is similar to playing with a construction set. We will use a structure of wooden vertical ladders to assemble the wings (blades) of medieval windmills. The assembly process is not difficult, but it requires patience and accuracy. All parts of the wings (blades) will be made from one (magic) vertical wooden ladder. This is necessary so that all parts of the wings (blades) are parallel. One vertical (magic) ladder will be divided into three parts, this process will be repeated several times, since we will need many parts for assembly. We will remove the middle part, then the two extreme parts will turn into two separate independent ladders. One upper part will be used to create the next part, and the lower one - for the one we need at the moment. Let's begin!

1. A round tower three stories high.
1. Select the round tower from the menu. Place the tower in the clearing.
2. Delete the bushes around the building.
Right-click the tower to open the tower editing interface (UI).
Left-click on the bottom point of the vertical line (height). The bottom row of bricks will rise above ground level and the bushes will disappear.

3. Select the palette from the menu, click on the tower and select the half-timbered design and white plaster.

4. Right-click on the tower to open the tower editing interface (UI). Drag the top point (vertical height line) up and increase the height of the tower to three floors.

5. Decrease the height of the roof by dragging the vertical white arrow above the roof down.

2. Vertical ladder magic
2.1. Select the ladder in the menu.
Left-click in front of the tower and extend the ladder by two steps, then left-click and finish the installation by right-clicking.

2.2. Ladder edit mode - right-click. Drag the arrow above the point up - a wooden ladder will appear.

2.3. Make the ladder vertical without a slope. Connect the lower points together.

2.4. Raise the ladder so that a stone base appears - drag the gray vertical arrow up (the main UI of the ladder).

2.5. Select the hammer in the menu and left-click on the stone part of the ladder. Magic - the ladder will hang in the air.

2.6. Increase the height of the ladder - 12 steps.
Raise the ladder so that the edge of the roof coincides with the middle of the ladder.
3. The method of dividing one vertical ladder into two independent ladders.
3.1. Divide the staircase into segments.
Right-click on the ladder, the ladder editing interface will open.
Move the cursor to the middle of the stairs - a marker with a cross will appear, left-click, a stone base will appear.

3.2. Move the cursor to the middle of the wooden stairs and left-click on the cross.
Select the hammer in the menu and remove the two stone bases of the stairs.

3.3. Remove the middle segment of the wooden stairs with a hammer.

3.4. The upper segment of the stairs has become a separate staircase. Move the upper staircase to the right and leave it for parts (sail blades).

3.5. Raise the lower part of the stairs (12 steps).
Reduce the width of the stairs - turn the stairs into a vertical beam - pull the horizontal arrow to the right in the main interface of the stairs.
4. Installing the sail blades.
4.1. Craft all the parts from one staircase, as it is necessary to maintain the parallelism of all parts of the blades. The actions will be repeated - dividing the stairs into two separate stairs.

4.2. Split the staircase into two separate staircases.
The method of dividing one vertical ladder into two independent ladders (look part 3)

4.3. The vertical blade consists of a ladder with three steps.
Install the blades (upper and lower) from the ladders according to the pattern.
Close the blade with one step. One step is the minimum height of the ladder.

5. Horizontal Sail (Blade)
5.1. Make all the parts from one ladder (the method of dividing one vertical ladder into two independent ladders). This is necessary for the parallelism of all parts of the sail (blade). Cut each part from the ladder - divide the ladder into two separate ladders. The upper ladder remains to create the next part. The lower ladder is converted into the part that is needed at the moment.
The actions will be repeated to create each part of the sail.

5.2. Assemble the horizontal sail (blade) from the ladder parts, as shown in the figure.

6. Bracket.
6.1. Glue a short ladder under the roof of the tower

6.2. Make the ladder very short. Move the dots closer together so that the ladder looks like a bracket.

6.3. Turn the tower so that the bracket is in the middle of the cross of the windmill blades.

6.5. Install doors and windows in the tower. Doors are easy to make - select a rectangular window (village) in the menu, click on the tower and drag it down to the ground, the window will turn into doors. The design of the mill can be different.
