Better Bolt-Action Sniper Rifles

Let's be honest, AWP as well as Scout suck by default.
I've decided to make them more useful in L4D2 by tampering with the stats without making them overpowered.

List of changes (short and in layman's terms.):
- Damage has been increased
- Ammo has been decreased (Seriously why do you need that much ammo in bolt-action sniper rifles?)
- Penetration power has been increased
- Recoil on Scout has been decreased


List of changes:
AWP:
- Damage (115 → 325)
- Ammo type changed from AMMO_TYPE_SNIPERRIFLE to AMMO_TYPE_AUTOSHOTGUN (180 → 90)
- Clip Size (20 → 5)
- Penetration Power (50 → 100)

Scout:
- Damage (90 → 250)
- Ammo type changed from AMMO_TYPE_SNIPERRIFLE to AMMO_TYPE_AUTOSHOTGUN (180 → 90)
- Clip Size (15 → 10)
- Penetration Power (50 → 75)
- Recoil (1.5 → 1.25)

The script is nice but it makes the custom hud icon revert back to original scout icon. Same thing to AWP too
